Bakalářská práce obsahuje části teorie, výpočtu a projektu. Theorie se zabývá znečištěním opadních vod tuky a oleji a jejich separací. Výpočtová část řeší návrh vnitřního vodovodu, plynovodu a kanalizace. Projekt obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumetaci. Bachelor´s thesis contain parts of theory, calculation and projekt. Theory occupy with pollution sewerage water with fats and oils and their separation. Calculation solves proposal of internal water pipe, gas pipe and sewerage system. Projekt contain technical report and technical drawings.
