Perception of the legal regulation of the profession of secondary school pedagogical workers by its addressees Abstract The aim of this thesis is to find out how school principals and teachers of grammar schools founded by a public founder perceive their rights and obligations on the basis of an analysis of relevant legal regulations and a sociological survey in relation to these subjects. Specifically, the thesis summarises the extent to which these subjects are aware of their rights and obligations in relation to health and safety regulations, liability and furthermore in the context of selected labour law issues. However, it is not only about their knowledge in this area, but also about their perception of the setting of the school system and whether they feel sufficiently protected by the legislation in such a system. The main sources for understanding the legal regulation of the profession of school principal and teacher of grammar schools established by a public founder, from which the thesis draws, are the Education Act, the Labour Code, the Civil Code and related sub-legislative regulations, together with internal methodologies of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Benefits of the project Erasmus+ for the primary school's pedagogical staff

This bachelor thesis deals with the positive benefits, negative impacts and possible barriers that could ensue during the implementation of the project Erasmus+ for the primary school's pedagogical staff. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. Primarily, the theoretical part deals with definitions of basic terms related with the further education of the pedagogical staff and its consolidation in the legislation. Furthermore, this theoretical part describes current forms and methods of the further education of the pedagogical staff of the primary school. Finally, this part deals with the motivation of the pedagogical staff to their own further education. This part closely focuses on the project Erasmus+ as the one of the ways in the further education of the pedagogical staff, its general and specific goals, its structure, advantages and disadvantages, benefits for the pedagogical staff of the primary school and thus also for the primary school as the educational institution. The influence of the principal on further education of teaching staff

The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the school principal on the further education of teaching staff. The main goal is to find out and evaluate what influence the school principal has on the further education of teaching staff. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of a school principal, describes his/her functions and roles, and determines the competences of a primary school principal. It also deals with further education of teaching staff. The basic terms related to further education of teaching staff, legal anchoring and strategic documents related to the issue are clarified. The division of continuing training of teaching staff and current methods of educational events is indicated. The work also describes the activities of the director in the process of further education of teaching staff at the school. Communication between teaching staff and management at a particular primary school.

This thesis focuses on communication in a primary school between management and teaching staff. The theoretical part defines the concepts of communication, spoken communication, i.e. face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, meetings and written communication, i.e. e-mail communication. Furthermore, the concepts of school management and teaching staff are defined. The practical part describes the research sample of the selected primary school and further consists of a questionnaire survey to find out the type of communication prevalent in the school, its frequency and the preferences of the type of communication among the management and teaching staff. This was supplemented by semi-structured interviews, these were conducted with one respondent each from the respondent group i.e. one first grade teacher, one second grade teacher, one teaching assistant and one representative from the management. The survey revealed that the most preferred and also dominant form of communication was email communication, then face-to-face meeting was preferred, on the contrary, telephone call was not the preferred type of communication and there was a disagreement between the management and teaching assistants who were more comfortable with this type of communication with first and second grade teachers. Hospitalization activities from the point of view of kindergarten management

The bachelor thesis focuses on hospitalization in kindergartens from the management perspective as one of the essential tools for the development of pedagogical staff and improving the quality of kindergartens. It is divided into two main parts-theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with control, dividing it into internal and external, and control as a managerial function. It also focuses on typical control in the school setting, hospitalization. It describes the principles of a properly conducted hospitalization, which should be known by every hospitalizer and the hospitalized, and the different concepts of the subject. The theoretical part also describes the forms of hospitalization that can be carried out in a kindergarten and the methods of further education related to hospitalization. The empirical part presents a research investigation that aimed to find out the form of hospitalization in kindergartens, the use of the results of the hospitalization and the development of teachers through hospitalization activities. The influence of compulsory pre-school education on the work of pedagogical workers in selected kindergartens

The bachelor thesis deals with problematics of the introduction of compulsory preschool education, its benefits and changes in areas of administration and educational process. The aim of this work is to find out how the legislative change, effective from the calendar year 2017, relating to the introduction of compulsory of preschool education, affected events in individual areas of pedagogical staff, more specifically administrative and managerial work of principals and educational and administrative work of teachers in two selected kindergartens in the largest Central Bohemian city of Kladno. For the purpose of fulfilling this goal, a research case study is chosen, in which data were obtained through interviews with school principals, qualitative questionnaires addressed to teachers and analysis of internal and curricular documents affected by the legislative change. Personal experience and knowledge in the field of pre-medical first aid of chosen pedagogical staff of the Secondary School of Nursing and Higher Vocational School of Nursing Příbram.

This thesis deals with the issue of pre-medical first aid, experience and knowledge of pedagogical staff in this area. The main goal of the theoretical part was to define the concepts and procedures of pre-medical first aid. The goals of the practical part focused on finding out personal experience with the provision of pre-medical first aid of selected pedagogical staff of the Secondary School of Nursing and Higher Vocational School of Nursing in Příbram, and also on finding out their knowledge in this area. Data collection took place in a qualitative form of the interview method. The obtained data were subsequently evaluated and recommendations for practice were derived from them. It was found that all of the selected pedagogical staff had encountered a situation in which it was necessary to provide pre-medical first aid. The second important finding is that the respondents have excellent theoretical knowledge. These results show, among other things, the positive impact of regular first aid courses/training provided by the current employer, which is repeatedly attended by 84 % of respondents.
