Hops is one of the basic raw materials for beer, but it can be used not only for beer very noteworthy are his healing abilities. Czech Saaz variety belongs to among the best hops in the world, whose quality is involved in both genetics and climate. In addition to the substances important to the taste and aroma of beer, it contains a number of other substances with health significance. The aim of this work was to determine the essential oil content in hop cones and pellets. Specify the content of selected components of essential oils and statistically evaluate differences in their content. In the literature to find healing effects of hops and hop possibility of using essential oils. The results show that a very significant effect was high variety on the total content of essential oils and essential oils into individual components (myrcene, caryophyllene, farnesene and humulene). The highest essential oil content was detected in samples of dried hop cones of Saaz hops variety recuperation forms (525 ul.100 g-1), while the lowest essential oil content was detected in samples of dried hop cones unrecuperation forms variety Saaz variety (295 ul.100 g-1) . Dried hop cones are demanding storage and dispensing. Hop pellets are most commonly used because they are easily dosed and stored.

Terbinafine-loaded biodegradable polymeric systems for topical administration

CHARLES UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF PHARMACY IN HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY Author: Tereza Pokorná Title of Diploma thesis Terbinafine-loaded biodegradable polymeric systems for topical administration Supervisor: PharmDr. Eva Šnejdrová, Ph.D. In the diploma thesis the released properties of solid dispersions with terbinafine, based on polyesters of D,L-lactic acid and glycol acid, branched with pentaerythritol and tripentaerythritol are studied. The theoretical part deals with solid dispersions, their classification and methods of preparation, methods of drug dissolution testing, properties, effect, use of terbinafine and preparations containing terbinafine. In the experimental part, solid dispersions were prepared by the melting method. The drug was incorporated into the polyester in the form of a hydrochloride or a base in a concentration of 10 % or 20 %. Some systems were plasticized with 30% triethyl citrate. Thin layers were formulated from solid dispersions, and drug dissolution tests were performed on phosphate buffer pH 7.4 at 37 řC. Assay of terbinafine released was performed spectrophotometrically at 223 nm and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. The Metternichs, or Klemens Wenzel Lothar Metternich Is Getting Married

The first part of this work discusses the history of house Metternich with shells in their heraldry and also about another less significant house Metternich with lion in their heraldry. Furthermore this work summarizes the theories about kinship between these two houses. Another significant point of this work is the personal life of Austrian state chancellor Klemens Metternich and his marriages, which are analyzed in a separate chapter. The goal of this work is to analyse available literature and to this time unused sources and bring a comprehensive view of the problematic of the history this house and of the second house Metternich as well as to unfold the topic of marriages of the state chancellor Klemens Metternich and review essential publication dealing with these topics.

Teacher beginner at country primary school

The thesis focuses on a teacher beginner at country primary school. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we define the concept of a beginning teacher, his competences, professional preparation for teaching in primary school and specific problems of a novice teacher. It also deals with a small school with mixed-age (multileveled) classes, with the history and the specifics of this type of school. A special part of this thesis is focused on the teaching process in schools with age-mixed classes. The practical part aims to describe and evaluate specific problems beginning teachers have at small schools with age-mixed classes, as well as their personal experience. Evaluation of Probation Effects from Perspective of Workers and Clients

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the effects of probation work and brings new knowledge about their effectiveness. It presents data obtained using semi-structured interviews with six probation officers and six former clients of the Probation and Mediation Service. The aim of the research is to identify and map the factors that lead to effective probation work and whether, or to what extent, the view of officials with the views of clients in their views on these factors and their use coincides. The main results include that the most significant factor influencing cooperation is the human approach of officials to clients, their support and positive motivation. The effectiveness of probation work very significantly affects the client's internal motivation to change his current situation and lead a proper lifestyle, this internal motivation is a significant element that results in the termination of an individual's criminal career. A significant finding concerns the excessive workload of probation officers, mainly in the territory of Prague, which prevents more intensive cooperation and thus greater success of probation supervision.

The goal of this thesis is to propose a strategy for further development of the company Figarostav. Theoretical background for the thesis is introduced in the first part of the work. The second part implements analyses of internal and external environment. SLEPTE and Porter’s Five Forces analyses are used for external and 7S analysis for internal analysis. Based on these analyses are identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Acquired factors are arranged into the SWOT analysis and final strategies are later determined. The chosen strategy is economically evaluated and prepared for an implementation to serve the specific needs of the company.
