This thesis deals with the human resources management in Raiffeinsen building society, which can effectively meet the criteria of recruitment, selection and training of sales representatives and enable to meet regional product objectives through them. The first section focuses on the methodological field and describes the importance of human resources and its management. In the second part, a plan is developed to improve the work of sales representatives in order.

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.

This thesis deals with the motivation program of the company and its basis. The thesis focuses on the analysis and the comparison of motivation theories that have influence on the creation of motivation programs. In addition to traditional motivation theories is a crucial part of the thesis devoted to the so-called new motivation theories. The new motivation theories are called because of their development during last thirty years. The main aspects of the comparison of motivation theories in this thesis is a historical view of the theories, but also a progress of management theories and related development of human resources management. The thesis aims to identify the benefit of new motivation theories for creation company motivation programs. Analysis strategy of motivation BUZULUK Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of motivation of employees in organizations. The motivation of employees is very complicated and long-term process. This process follows from goals and needs of the organization and also it follows from employees. The thesis deals with theoretical approaches to the motivation such as Maslow's theory of needs, Herzberg's two-factor model, the expectancy theory, the theory of goals etc. The theoretical approaches are used as the comprehension of process of motivation and they assist in drawing up a strategy of motivation. It's necessary to analyze the motivation structure of employees, either by a qualified professional, or by the questionnaire. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the approach to motivation of employees in BUZULUK Company and to create the concept of the new motivation strategy for BUZULUK Company.
