Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v Raiffeinsen stavební spořitelně, kterými lze účinně plnit kritéria náboru, výběru a zapracování obchodních zástupců a prostřednictvím jich plnit stanovené oblastní produktové cíle. První část je zaměřena na metodickou oblast, popisuje význam personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů. Ve druhé části je na základě analýzy vypracován plán ke zlepšení práce se začínajícími obchodními zástupci tak, aby byly splněny kritéria pro jejich adaptaci. This thesis deals with the human resources management in Raiffeinsen building society, which can effectively meet the criteria of recruitment, selection and training of sales representatives and enable to meet regional product objectives through them. The first section focuses on the methodological field and describes the importance of human resources and its management. In the second part, a plan is developed to improve the work of sales representatives in order.
