Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku motivace pracovníků v organizacích. Motivování pracovníků je velmi složitý a dlouhodobý proces, který vyplývá z cílů a potřeb podniku i jeho zaměstnanců. Tato práce se zabývá teoretickými přístupy k motivaci, kterými jsou Maslowova teorie potřeb, Herzbergův dvou-faktorový model, expektační teorie, teorie cíle a další. Přístupy k motivaci slouží k pochopení procesu motivace a pomáhají při sestavování strategie motivace. Pro vytvoření strategie motivace je nutné provést analýzu motivační struktury, buď pomocí kvalifikovaného odborníka, nebo pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat přístup k motivaci pracovníků v podniku BUZULUK, a.s. a na základě teoretických znalostí a výsledků motivační struktury zaměstnanců navrhnout koncepci nové strategii motivace podniku BUZULUK, a.s. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of motivation of employees in organizations. The motivation of employees is very complicated and long-term process. This process follows from goals and needs of the organization and also it follows from employees. The thesis deals with theoretical approaches to the motivation such as Maslow's theory of needs, Herzberg's two-factor model, the expectancy theory, the theory of goals etc. The theoretical approaches are used as the comprehension of process of motivation and they assist in drawing up a strategy of motivation. It's necessary to analyze the motivation structure of employees, either by a qualified professional, or by the questionnaire. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the approach to motivation of employees in BUZULUK Company and to create the concept of the new motivation strategy for BUZULUK Company.
