Proposal Marketing Mix for Selected Company

This thesis deals with a proposal for improving the marketing mix of a selected company for the introduction of a new foreign supplier. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theory, which explains the theoretical basis for a proper understanding of the problem addressed. The next, analytical, part of the thesis focuses on a closer introduction of the company, includes an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company and qualitative research. The last proposal part contains suggestions for improving the marketing mix that will be used to attract a new foreign partner.

Assessment of Economic Situation of the Company

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company STRIX Chomutov, a. s. based on a strategic and financial analysis during the years 2017-2022. The first part presents the theoretical basis of economic analysis, which are further applied in the analytical part. The analyzed company and its three selected competing companies are presented in this thesis. The analytical part presents the resulting values of economic indicators and the overall evaluation of the economic situation of the analyzed company. The company´s data are compared with competing companies and the industry average of specialized construction activities. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals that could lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the company. The proposal represents an investment in a drilling center, a comparison of various forms of its financing and the advantageous option.

The Proposal for Improving of the Marketing Mix in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal to improve the marketing mix of the pension with restaurant Koliba pod skalami. The thesis consists of three parts, theoretical part, analytical part and the proposal. The introductory, theoretical part deals with the definitions of basic concepts associated with marketing, marketing mix and forms the theoretical framework of the work. The analytical part of the work deals with the characteristics of the company, a description of the current situation, analysis of the external and internal environment, marketing mix and the results of a questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the analytical part, the proposal part of the thesis contains suggestions for improving the marketing mix.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and design of the information system of the small organization, which does not want to be named and is based in Slovakia. In the theoretical part I deal with basic knowledge - what is information, data and information system. In the practical part, the thesis specifies the information system of the company, strengths and weaknesses of the organization, risks and proposal of changes to increase the efficiency of work with the IS.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of selected company between years 2012 - 2016. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with basic principles of financial and strategic analysis which create basis for elaboration of the practical part. The practical part analyzes the current state of the company using classic and modern methods of financial analysis. Based on findings in the practical part is evaluated overall financial situation of the company and recommendations are suggested to improve the current situation of the company.

Business Development Study to Provide Customer Service

The submitted diploma thesis deals with a study of business development of AZ KLIMA a.s. focusing on marketing and services. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to business and marketing. Information is taken from scientific literature that discusses given problematics. This information is then used to create a practical part that deals with a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the above-mentioned company. It includes SWOT analysis, PESTE analysis and McKinsey 7S model. A specific business development strategy is defined based on individual analyses. The solution proposal then defines specific steps leading to a business development. The aim of this work is to create a development strategy that will be effective and beneficial for the company in the long term.
