1 Abstract Title: The use of Canvas model in the context of the creation of a business with second-hand sports equipment Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present a concrete Canvas model developed for a business with second-hand sports equipment. The finished model should show whether the establishment of such a business makes sense and what are its chances of success on the market. Methods: The thesis combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. First of all, it conducts a survey, and based on its results, interview questions are compiled. The final method that was used is the creation of a Lean Canvas model. Results: The result is a proposal for a Lean Canvas model for setting up a second-hand sports equipment store. Abstrakt Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na strategický rozvoj start-upovej networkingovej platformy na pôde univerzity. Práca nachádza podmienky rozvoja networkingovej platformy pre študentov a akademických pracovníkov VUT v Brne s podnikateľským myslením. Hlavným cieľom platformy je prepojiť študentov a akademických pracovníkov z rôznych fakúlt a zapojiť ich do tvorby nových start-upových tímov a projektov. Cieľom tejto práce je nájsť správne aspekty networkingovej platformy, ktoré musia byť začlenené do tejto študentskej platformy, a vytvoriť MVP (minimal viable product). Na dosiahnutie predpokladaného cieľa sa použilo niekoľko teoretických modelov a metód, aby sa pokryl čo najpresnejší strategický plan rozvoja tejto platformy. The Business Plan for the Establishment of Family Farm for the Cultivation and Processing of lavender

The thesis is focused on creating a complete business plan for establishing a family owned lavender farm in the village of Římov. The theoretical part describes the business process from the very idea of starting an enterprise, the assessment of the business plan using the Lean Canvas tool, chosen analytical and research methods as well as creating a given structure for of the business plan which involves eliminating risks, setting up the product and entering the market. The analytical part of the work provides a SWOT analysis of the business environment. In the final part of the thesis both the preferred market strategy and the business model breakdown are proposed.

The diploma thesis focuses on the processing of a viable and scalable business concept dealing with the automation and modernization of sports fields. The theoretical part contains a literary framework focusing on the concept of the problem and methodology in start-ups and a description of selected analytical-research methods, which are then used in the analytical part. The analytical part focuses on validating the business idea using the Lean Canvas method and conducting further analyses of the business environment. The proposal part contains the chosen strategy for the start-up business, the business model and the minimum viable product with the possibility of subsequent scaling with customer segments.

The Business Plan of a Start-up Company Engaged in the Breeding and Sale of Live Fish in Slovakia

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of an economically feasible business plan for the establishment of a company dealing with the breeding and sale of live fish in Slovakia. The theoretical part contains a definition of the issues related to the main idea of the plan and its validation in the form of selected analytical and evaluation tools, the structure and content of individual parts of the business plan. The analytical part is devoted to the validation of the business model and analysis of the market and general environment, including the analysis of own resources and capabilities to identify key factors and evaluate them with subsequent decision-making on the appropriate market strategy. The design part describes the selected strategy of the company and the business model, which is elaborated into partial parts of the business plan.

The subject of this thesis is to analyse the actual state of vegetable and microgreens market in Czechia and set a solid foundation for establishment of a microgreens business. The outcome of the thesis is supported by findings from analytic tools such as SLEPTE, SWOT, Porter´s Five Forces model and Lean canvas. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms regarding entrepreneurship, startups, and basic explanation of analytical tools. The outcome of the work is to assess all the acquired data and evaluate feasibility of the business plan.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for establishing a children's group. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework related to the establishment of a business, the second part is an analysis of the current state. In the third, practical part, the business plan is designed for establishing a children's group. The information and data obtained from this work will serve as a basis for the subsequent implementation of the project.
