The thesis aims to enhance the performance of NH Glass Company, Ltd., through an innovative incentive program. The above company has been in the glass industry. The theoretical part is describing the nature and content of motivation and motivational theories. The practical part includes the evaluation of survey results on the basis of the suggested possible improvements to the current incentive system in a selected company. This proposal will help to improve and enhance employee performance.

The goal of the graduation thesis: “Motivation and stimulation of enterpriser” is to examine motivation of enterprisers program in a concrete company and to create a suggestion that will improve it. The thesis is divided into two parts. First of them is concentrated on determination of elementary terms, development of a motivation theories and influence of a motivation on a job performance. The second part describes, examines and analyses e situation in a concrete company. The inquiry is realized through the use of questionnaire. There are given suggestions to improve motivation of enterprisers in the last part.

Via knowledge of the basis theories of human behavior motivation uncover and specify possible causes for dissatisfaction of allowance organization workers and consequently recommend the use of some motivation tools for recitification of this unfacoutable disposition. The thesis descibes basic motivation theories, important motivation tools and motivation factors.

This Master’s thesis deals with the process of employee evaluation in the company GEOtest, a.s. In the first part of the thesis are defined all the necessary theoretical findings needed to formulate proposals for the society. Practical part includes particular information about the company GEOtest, a.s. and the analysis of the current state of evaluation. Furthermore, the new concept of the system of evaluation in accordance with the corporate needs is presented, including the link up of the system and recommendation for its implementation.

The object of my diploma thesis deals with motivation and stimulation of entrepreneurs and influences upon their job performance. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terminology, such as motivation, stimulation, sources of motivation but also on different stimulating means which help to increase motivation. The practical part concentrates on a research among entrepreneurs where the data are collected by personal interviews. Furthermore, the data are analyzed and the observed results offer recommendations to the entrepreneurs who will most probably increase the level of their motivation as well as stimulation as a consequence.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on staff evaluation problems. At the theoretical level it is focused on special knowledge and the latest trends in the area of staff evaluation. On the basis of literary survey there is analysed and consequently evaluated the current system of evaluation in an engineering company. The analytical part contains also the staff opinion research concerning the current system of evaluation. On the basis of background research there is elaborated an improvement suggestion of the evaluation system, which aims to contribute to more effective way of leading the job performance.
The forms and methods of motivation in construction industry

This thesis on „Form and methods in construction“ is focused on satisfaction and motivation of employees from UNISTAV a.s. company. In theoretical part I focus on the most important and generally accepted theory of motivation. I also mention forms of motivation and also methods which can be used by managers in construction to challenge and stimulate their employees to perform better and to identify goals of individuals with goals of company. In the last part I introduce relevant information about studied company. As an example for empirical part of work, based on working hypothesis I created two questionnaires. On for ordinary customer and second one for managers. I also studied opinions on company communications and corporate culture in general. One of the main benefits of this thesis is, that it clearly defines weak and strong spots relative to the chosen topic. It also compares views of employees and their managers. From these findings I constructed series of solutions and recommendations. For convenience I show my findings in form of simple graphs.

This bachelor thesis deals with work performance and work management on re-mote work conditions in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the home office as one of the options of work organization and in terms of its long-term functioning, especially in the field of performance and work management of remote workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains a review of the litera-ture dealing with the issue. The second part of the thesis contains the actual re-search, which is divided into two parts. The first part of the research is based on a questionnaire survey, which was participated by the employees of the given com-pany. The second part is structured interviews with 5 senior employees of the company.
School Administration Motivating Teachers - a Case Study

The current situation on the labor market is not easy for any organization, there is little free labor, but it is possible to work to ensure that employees are satisfied. The aim of this diploma thesis was to find weaknesses in the motivation of employees by management and to propose recommendations to increase the motivation of teachers in a selected primary school. Methodologically, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used in the work. In the examined school, the motivation of employees is mainly based on the school management or colleagues. Motivation by the school management is rather random, as the potential of various motivational tools is not used. There are shortcomings in the transparency of remuneration, in the provision of remuneration for voluntary or similar activities, this leads to misunderstandings or feelings of injustice with remuneration. Communication problems, which are mainly related to the lack of feedback, have a demotivating effect, and there are problems in conflicts with parents, when the school management does not provide sufficient support to teachers in such a case. Ultimately, the synergistic impact of all these shortcomings significantly undermines the potential to achieve full employee motivation. As part of the correction of shortcomings,...
