Proposal for the corporate design of KTV PedF UK

This diploma thesis focuses on the visual presentation of the Department of Physical Education Faculty of Education of the Charles University. Its aim is to analyse the current situation in the unified visual style of the department and propose improvement through a new graphic manual. The theoretical part contains information about the Department and its functioning, about cooperation with the university sports club and about the presentation of the department at various events. The theoretical part explains the background issues of the corporate identity and corporate image and shows how the selected departments at the Charles University in Prague and other Czech universities visually present themselves. The practical part analyses students, graduates, teachers' and the management's opinion of the work and visual appearance of the Department of Physical Education. And the key points of the presentation of the department in the graphic manual are summed and presented here. The knowledge acquired from this thesis and its output are primarily intended for employees of the department and people who will help with the graphical presentation of the department. Secondly, other departments that are planning to create their own visual style can get inspired by this work's models.

Blanka Pechová ABSTRACT: This bachelor thesis is aimed at finding public relations concept for leisure time centres which can be subsequently implemented by particular leisure time centre management in their own regional public relations policy. The thesis considers public relations an important tool for a successful run of a leisure time centre within the marketplace of leisure time activities and services. There are three distinctive parts of the thesis; theoretical, research and practical one. The objective of the theoretical part is to introduce the institution of the leisure time centre in general and define the main aspects of public relations subject matter. The basis for this part became findings from available literature and other sources regarding public and media relations cited as follows. The research part builds on analysis of the state, run and the true practice of PR in leisure time centres. The instrument of the research was a web-site questionnaire. BASKETBALL CLUB USK PRAHA MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS Targets: The goal of this thesis is to perform an overall evaluation of the existing USK Praha marketing mix and its components. Based on this analysis suggest possible modification that would lead to a better club economic outcome. Methods: There will be used a SWOT analysis to analyze current club marketing mix. This analysis will point to strong and teak club sides and threates ond opportunities that it faces up to. Very important source of informations will be an informal meeting with a club management as well. A questionnaire research will be used to find out fan's opinions on individual parts of club marketing work. Final proposals will also include my own knowladge. Results: Based on used methods, there will be suggested specific modifications in every individual parts of marketing mix that would lead to a better club economic outcome. These suggestions will be offered to the club's leadership, that will decide to follow these or not. Title: Corporate identity of a new gentleman's fencing club Tailor's Fencing Club Goals: The goal of this thesis is to create a complete corporate identity of a new fencing club in the form of a business company. The outcome of this thesis will be used for the project of founding a new gentleman fencing club. Methods: For the solution of the thesis I used the method of document analysis, the method of a group discussion with the future realization team of the project, the method of informal interviews with the future co-owner of the club and a marketing and PR expert and the method of observation in several chosen business and sport clubs. Results: The outcome of this thesis is the creation of a complete corporate identity of a new club, including graphic designs of various chapters referring to the corporate identity, such as choosing the right name of the club together with the organization's philosophy, the creation of the logo, corporate colors, printed materials, merchandising, the interior of the club, the uniforms of the employees and the sports equipment, the design of the company's website, followed by the corporate communication and the product of the company. The thesis contains basic theory, description of the current situation in Hostinec Mlyn, analysis of the competition and a design of new promotion. Title: The concept of internal PR in dance school Easy Dance 2000 Objectives: Creating an internal PR concept in dance school Easy Dance 2000 for the school year of 2017/2018 based on analysis carried out in dance school and selected interest groups of the dance school. Methods: The analysis of in-groups was used in this thesis for selecting the interests groups. Qualitative research methods, specifically observer surveys, in-depth interviews, and focal groups, were used for further analyzes of current situation and current relationships with interest groups. Results: The research shows that employees and members have a positive attitude towards dance school, trust each other and positively describe the overall atmosphere of the school. Problems occur in a lack of information, in group members' relationships and in dance styles, or in small possibilities of getting involved as members. The created concept includes a specific layout of tools for each month of the school year 2017/2018. To raise internal public awareness of all things the concept includes informational meetings with employees, informational first dance lessons and creating magazine ED News.
