Motivational System in a Selected Company

Thesis contains theoretical knowledge about motivation system and explains basic concepts bound with this topic. Current trends of employee requirements in field of study were gathered using a survey. Based on analysis of the current status and findings, propositions for improving motivation strategy are stated. These suggestions come with quantification of eventual costs needed to realize them and will lead to bigger satisfaction of current employees and more efficient acquisition of new workers.
Evaluation of Key Point Detection Methods

The goal of this thesis is to get familiarized with software component Microsoft .NET Framework and the problems of methods of interest point detection. On the basis of this knowledge, it is required to develop a method for the evaluation of used detectors and then implement a console application that is simply able to evaluate the results of interest point detection methods. Such evaluation is important in the process of development of the algorithms for the detection using projected method of evaluation. The interest points are searched in several images which represent the same scene from different angles of view. The requirements also inculde creation of graphic user interface that allows an easy way to setup the evaluation conditions.
Coordination System For Foreign Students' Educational Stays

The goal of this project is to develop a new information system for the non-profit organization called Erasmus Student Network (ESN). ESN is a Europe-wide international student organization coordinating student exchange programs. It implements solutions that encourage the higher level integration of new international students with Brno University of Technology. The main purpose of the developed system is to improve the communication between incoming students and ESN members who take care of the students. At the current stage, the information system successfully cooperates with Brno University of Technology, Mendel University in Brno, and Masaryk University. In the next phase, we expect the involvement of other Czech and foreign universities.
Motivation and Evaluation of Employees in Selected Company

The aim of my dissertation is to propose a new system of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in selected company. In the teoretical part summarizes the findings which were obtained from literature and these findings are then applied in the practical part where I analyze the current state of systém of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in selected company. In the last part are proposed measures to improve the deficiencies identified in the practical part.
Evaluation of Business Financial Support

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of small and medium enterprises financial support with respect to the Joint Regional Operational Programme as an bearer of regional support, which is financed from the European Union and the following list of recommendations within the frame of the realization stage of the project cycle that are generalized especially at the level of the final user as the beneficiary of the support.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews. Evaluation of the benefits of the primary prevention program Nevypusť duši for its participants

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the primary preventive programme Duševní zdravověda, which deals with mental health issues and is implemented in secondary schools. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness and benefit of this programme for its participants. Another aim was also to find out if variables such as gender, age and experience with mental illness of the respondents can influence their attitudes towards mental health. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined mental health and illness, primary prevention and the current state of school primary prevention in the field of mental health are also defined. Also identified are protective factors that primary prevention programs dealing with mental health should support. Principles of effective primary prevention programmes and examples of proven mental health prevention programmes are presented. The preventive programme Duševní zdravověda and the non-profit organization Nevypusť duši, which implements it, are described here. The research group consist of 1898 respondents (1655 respondents from the experimental group and 243 from the control group). Evaluation of leaflet campaign about internet-based prevention targeted on parents of elementary schools students in Prague 15 city district

My bachelor's work engages in finding out the level of interest of parents of elemntary school childern in the Prague 15 city district about internet-based prevention. This web contained program Prevention Smart Parents which incuded 10 chapters with infromation about prevention and how to applicate this information in daily life. In the theoretic part I clarify terms which are connected with the name of the work mainly therms like primary prevention, risk behaviour and evaluation. This part contains also information about prevention in schools, prevention in families and preventive programs for parents. The main goal of whole work was to find the effectiveness of whole campaign which was realized at schools in Prague 15 city district. The secondary goal was to find the level of interest of parents in preventive website. The research was made thanks to questionnaires. As the most important result of whole work I consider detection of effectiveness of campaign. This effectiveness was very low- according to answers in questionnaires only 17 % of parents visited the website. And according to counter on website it was only 5 %. Pedagogical diagnostics in one-class kindergarden

The present Bachelor's thesis is focused on pedagogical deagnostics. The aim of the thesis is to create and then verify the author's own pedagogical diagnostics tool designatet for one - chlasskindergarten. The next aim is to introduce a children's diagnostic portfolio tool to this kindergarten. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on pedagogical diagnostics, inchluding its concepts, aims and methods. It takes into consideration the results of investigations by the Czech School Inspectorate from recent yiars in the field of preschool education focused on pedagogical diagnostics. The practical part maps the situation in Czech dindergartens with the help of a survey. The Bachelor's thesis contains the author's own materiál designed for pedagogical diagnostics, which is vertified in a one - class kindergarten school.
Evaluation and monitoring the impact in the field of social work in non- profit organizations

This thesis deals with monitoring of impact and realisation of continuous evaluation in the performance of social work in non-governmental organisations. The chosen topic closely relates to the professionalisation of social work. Complex evaluation and monitoring of its impact allow social work to be presented to the public and other subjects. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current situation in a sample of non- governmental organisations, which are financed by the same donor. Furthermore, to evaluate the options, abilities, and limits of non-government organisations in the fields of evaluation and impact monitoring. This thesis analyses the relationship between the donor and the receiver of the support and their mutual position in evaluation process and impact analysis. Qualitative research in the form of half-structured interview was used in the making of this thesis. The goal of the research is to describe the current situation in the field of preparation and execution of evaluation and impact measurement, which describes possible areas of cooperation between the receiver and the donor.
