Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním dopadu a realizací průběžné evaluace při výkonu sociální práce v neziskových organizacích. Zvolené téma úzce souvisí s profesionalizací sociální práce. Díky komplexní evaluaci a sledování dopadu lze prezentovat výsledky sociální práce veřejnosti a dalším aktérům. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat aktuální situaci vzorku neziskových organizací v oblasti evaluace, které jsou financovány stejným donorem. Dále zhodnotit možnosti, schopnosti a limity neziskových organizací v oblastech evaluace a sledování dopadu. Diplomová práce dále analyzuje vztah mezi donorem a příjemcem podpory, vzájemné postavení v procesu evaluace a sledování dopadu. V diplomové práci byl využit kvalitativní výzkum. Pro realizaci kvalitativního šetření byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Cílem výzkumu je popsat "aktuální stav" v oblasti nastavování a realizace evaluace a měření dopadu, který popisuje možné oblasti spolupráce mezi příjemci podpory a donorem. Za hlavní závěr diplomové práce považuji zjištění, že příjemci podpory jsou spíše vybaveni schopnostmi a dovednostmi pro nastavení a realizaci evaluace než pro nastavení a realizaci měření dopadu. This thesis deals with monitoring of impact and realisation of continuous evaluation in the performance of social work in non-governmental organisations. The chosen topic closely relates to the professionalisation of social work. Complex evaluation and monitoring of its impact allow social work to be presented to the public and other subjects. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current situation in a sample of non- governmental organisations, which are financed by the same donor. Furthermore, to evaluate the options, abilities, and limits of non-government organisations in the fields of evaluation and impact monitoring. This thesis analyses the relationship between the donor and the receiver of the support and their mutual position in evaluation process and impact analysis. Qualitative research in the form of half-structured interview was used in the making of this thesis. The goal of the research is to describe the current situation in the field of preparation and execution of evaluation and impact measurement, which describes possible areas of cooperation between the receiver and the donor.
