This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.

Diploma thesis deals with motivation and evaluation of employees in VIA ALTA, Public Limited Company. The first part analyzes concepts and theoretical knowledge of the issue which are important to next step. The analytic part focuses on the company, describes functioning system of motivation, remuneration and evaluation of employees. Also, the results of survey are interpreted and assessed in the second part of the thesis. In the third part, there are presented possible proposals and thoughts to improve level of motivation and evaluation of employees in the company.
Motivation of non-teaching staff for education

The thesis deals with the issue of further education of non-teaching staff which falls within the field of employee care. Today's society places ever higher demands on workers and organizations in the field of education, so it is necessary for schools to focus on the continuing education not only for teaching staff but also for other workers, so-called non-teaching staff. These workers also need to maintain a certain status in society which they will only be able to do if they have the opportunity to develop and further their education. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first chapter introduces the field of lifelong learning, formal, non- formal, informal education and andragogy. The next chapter focuses on the specificities of adult education. It also describes the needs of the motivation of adult individuals to learn. The last section then introduces the barriers that greatly affect adult education. The last chapter defines the concepts of education, development and learning. It also deals with the analysis and identification of the training needs of the workforce and last but not least, the planning of workforce training which is essential in any organization. Motivation and care of foreigners in Czech ice hockey

Title: Motivation and care of foreigners in Czech ice hockey. Goal: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to determine the motivation and extent of care of athletes who have come to play ice hockey in the Czech Republic. Methods: In the research part of this bachelor's thesis, a qualitative method of research was used, namely the method of semi-structured interviews. The respondents are the members of the implementation team and foreign players playing in the Czech Extraliga teams. There were six interviews conducted until April 2021. Results: For analysing the interviews was used a comparative method. As a result of this research, the particular recommendations were structured for the clubs aimed to help them to improve relations with foreign players. These final recommendations were made based on the conducted interviews with participants and presented in the ninth chapter. Employee benefits provided by the employer as a manfestation of the autonomy of will in the labour law relationships

The thesis deals with employee benefits, which considers as a manifestation of the autonomy of will in labor law relationsihps. Without the principle of autonomy of will they could not be granted or used. Thanks to the non-mandatory provisions employers can provide them and mandatory provisions set them limits. Although the topic of employee benefits, as a part of employee care, is more a human resources topic, it is interesting to look at them also from the labour law point of view because of their growing importance. Firstly the thesis tries to approach the functioning of the principle of autonomy of will in labour law relationships, then it generally describes the legal context of employee benefits and subsequently it also mentions issues related to several specific types of employee benefits. Finally the thesis tries to outline the view of employee representatives and employers representatives on employee benefits by using the knowledge gained from the representative of CMKOS and the representative of Czech Chamber of Commerce. This bachelor thesis focuses on the satisfaction of employees in the selected company, namely MP Group Logistics Center, s. r. o. The work is divided into two parts. The first part of the work explains the concepts that affect employee satisfaction. The method that I carried out the practical part of the bachelor thesis is described below. The practical part describes the company that I have chosen and then the results of the questionnaire inquiry are listed. At the end of the work, these results are summarised. The outcome of the investigation was forwarded to the company management.

This bachelor thesis mainly focuses on employee care. Theoretical part provides definition of employee care and takes a closer look at issues that fall under this area. The findings from theoretical part are then used as a basis for the practical part that focuses on how MATRIX a.s. takes care of its employees. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the system of employee care and find out whether employees are satisfied with its setting. Methods used to determine the current state of employee care in said company were a questionnaire and interviews with competent employees. The contribution of this thesis is to evaluate the findings and based on this information make some suggestions that could lead to improvement of the system of employee care and its efficiency.
