Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

In this bachelor's thesis, the author focuses on the analysis of the status and proposal of changes to the motivational program in the selected company. The work is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part contains definitions of the basic areas of motivation, employee care, employee remuneration and employee benefits. The analytical part of the work describes the selected company and analyzes the current state of the motivational program using selected research methods. The last part then contains its own suggestions for improvement based on the analytical part of the work.

Employment Relationship in Terms of the Optimization of Wage Costs

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the issues of labour-law relations, above all their establishment. The aim of the paper is to propose a solution to the problem concerning lack of applicants for the work positions offered, or rather optimization of the number of employees working for an employer in relation to the optimization of labour costs. Based on the results of a conducted analysis and survey, the employer is recommended taking measures which would optimize the number of employees as well as the labour costs.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of the system of remuneration of the employees. The author explains the terms that this issue involves and a specific company, focused on its system of remuneration of the employees is analyzed. The thesis contains concrete suggestions and recommendations that should be profitable for the employer and at the same time contribute to a better functioning of the remuneration system, stronger stimulation and motivation of the employees to work and also to their overall satisfaction.

This diploma thesis is focused on suggesting a motivational system for chosen company. First part of the thesis results from theoretical findings concerning the given issue that were processed on the basis of professional literature. The analytical part deals with society itself and analysis of current motivational system on the basis of internal company sources and questionnaire survey. Last part of the thesis contains individual suggestions that should contribute to the improvement of the current state of the motivational system and total employee satisfaction.
