Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou systémů odměňování zaměstnanců. Jsou v ní vysvětleny teoretické pojmy, které tato problematika zahrnuje a je v ní analyzována konkrétní společnost se zaměřením na její systém odměňování. Práce obsahuje konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, které by měly být výhodné pro zaměstnavatele, a které by současně měly přispět k lepšímu fungování systému odměňování, větší stimulaci a motivaci zaměstnanců v práci i jejich větší spokojenosti. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of the system of remuneration of the employees. The author explains the terms that this issue involves and a specific company, focused on its system of remuneration of the employees is analyzed. The thesis contains concrete suggestions and recommendations that should be profitable for the employer and at the same time contribute to a better functioning of the remuneration system, stronger stimulation and motivation of the employees to work and also to their overall satisfaction.
