This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the company culture in a specific company. In this bachelor thesis is focus putt on description and classification of company culture. This topic is discussed in numerous books which are used in order to establish the theoretical basis of the thesis. The theoretical part describes company culture and also is concentrates on its relationship with a proper functioning of the working organization in a dynamically variable market environment. Quantitative analysis and qualitative research constitute the main instruments for the analysis of the company culture. On the basis of the accumulated data, is managed to identify the current condition of the company culture in the working organization, and to circumscribe the measures to amend the deficiency. This bachelor thesis deals with the corporate culture of INGE Opava spol. s r.o. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of corporate culture in theory and the important concepts as well as the importance of corporate culture are explained. The practical part is focused on a specific company and its corporate culture. Firstly, the basic information about the company and the key elements of its corporate culture are described. Subsequently, an analysis of the corporate culture is performed using the method of anonymous questionnaire. The practical part also includes measures designed to improve deficiencies of the company's corporate culture. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the strength of corporate culture of INGE Opava spol. s r.o.

This thesis deals with an investigation of corporate culture of Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o. This company puts emphasis on corporate culture formation due to personal approach to employees, which is individual and friendly. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and describe corporate culture of chosen organization. At first, we determine elements of corporate culture. These elements include, for example, dress code, habits and customs, meetings and sessions with employees, their language, competitions for the best employees and corporate sports tournaments. Then we determine the type of corporate culture and its implementation.

This bachelors thesis deals with the corporate culture and its forms in organizations that deal with cultural goods. This work describes particular cultural project from the aspect of two different approaches to corporate culture of two entirely different entities, first is the Prague's non-profit organization and second is a private company. Paper offers a definition of the two corporate cultures in two different types of organizations and also the analysis of their basic elements, which at the end, merge into a single cultural system. All the individual characteristics of different business environments are put into a broader context, where they are drawn to their particular impact on internal and external business processes in relation to the described cultural project. In the first theoretical part are basic concepts such as corporate culture, cultural organizations etc. The practical part of the text is focused on the specific case of a conflict of two different corporate cultures.

Corporate culture is considered as an important idicator of firm's long-term performance. It represents a collection of values, norms and attitudes that are shared in people in organization and that control the way they interact with each other and with stakeholders. First part of the thesis describes corporate culture from theoretical point of view, concretely definition, characteristics and typology of corporate culture, its relation to company's control processes and its changes. Second part of the thesis concentrates on analysis of corporate culture of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. I paid attention to linkage between corporate culture and company strategy, elements of corporate culture and to its manifestations in internal communication and employees questions. Corporate Social Responsibility issue as an inseparable part of company's culture is analyzed as well. Final part of the thesis belongs to a review of Vodafone's corporate culture with focus on its strength and pros and cons implied.
