Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou společnosti INGE Opava spol. s r.o. První část práce je věnována problematice firemní kultury v teoretické rovině, přičemž jsou objasněny důležité pojmy a také význam firemní kultury. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na konkrétní společnost a její firemní kulturu. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti a popsány klíčové prvky její firemní kultury. Následně je provedena analýza firemní kultury společnosti za použití metody anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Součástí praktické části jsou také opatření navržená na zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků firemní kultury podniku. V závěru práce je zhodnocena síla firemní kultury společnosti INGE Opava spol. s r.o. This bachelor thesis deals with the corporate culture of INGE Opava spol. s r.o. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of corporate culture in theory and the important concepts as well as the importance of corporate culture are explained. The practical part is focused on a specific company and its corporate culture. Firstly, the basic information about the company and the key elements of its corporate culture are described. Subsequently, an analysis of the corporate culture is performed using the method of anonymous questionnaire. The practical part also includes measures designed to improve deficiencies of the company's corporate culture. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the strength of corporate culture of INGE Opava spol. s r.o.
