Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a jejími podobami v organizacích, které nakládají s kulturními statky. Na příkladě konkrétního kulturního projektu jsou z hlediska firemní kultury podrobně rozebrány odlišné přístupy dvou zcela rozdílných subjektů, jde o přístup neziskové organizace hlavního města Prahy a soukromé pražské firmy. Práce nabízí definici dvou firemních kultur ve dvou odlišných typech organizací a rozbor jejich základních prvků, které v závěru splývají v jeden kulturní systém. Jednotlivé charakteristiky odlišného firemního prostředí, jsou uváděny do širšího kontextu, kde jsou vyvozovány jejich konkrétní dopady na vnitřní a vnější procesy firem ve vazbě na daný kulturní projekt. V první teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako firemní kultura, kulturní organizace a další a v praktické části je již text zaměřen na konkrétní případ střetu dvou odlišných firemních kultur. This bachelors thesis deals with the corporate culture and its forms in organizations that deal with cultural goods. This work describes particular cultural project from the aspect of two different approaches to corporate culture of two entirely different entities, first is the Prague's non-profit organization and second is a private company. Paper offers a definition of the two corporate cultures in two different types of organizations and also the analysis of their basic elements, which at the end, merge into a single cultural system. All the individual characteristics of different business environments are put into a broader context, where they are drawn to their particular impact on internal and external business processes in relation to the described cultural project. In the first theoretical part are basic concepts such as corporate culture, cultural organizations etc. The practical part of the text is focused on the specific case of a conflict of two different corporate cultures.
