Teacher in tandem teaching

This bachelor's thesis focuses on tandem teaching. Tandem teaching has a number of benefits and strengths, but Czech schools use it to a lesser extent. Tandem teaching also comes with a number of concerns or a lack of funds or personnel. The theoretical part of the thesis is an introduction to the issue of tandem teaching. It defines both the basic terms presented with tandem teaching, its development, as well as the possibilities for directors to introduce tandem teaching, based on the positives and negatives and already implemented research. The research part of the work uses qualitative research methods and includes the analysis of semi-structured interviews. Interviews were used with teachers, pupils and the principal. The aim of the work is to describe how the principal supports professional development in the field of tandem teaching and how teachers at a selected elementary school prepare for tandem teaching and how they cooperate and communicate. yes, tandem teaching is not given enough attention at school, mainly due to a lack of funding. Speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. The influence of the principal on further education of teaching staff

The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of the school principal on the further education of teaching staff. The main goal is to find out and evaluate what influence the school principal has on the further education of teaching staff. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part defines the concept of a school principal, describes his/her functions and roles, and determines the competences of a primary school principal. It also deals with further education of teaching staff. The basic terms related to further education of teaching staff, legal anchoring and strategic documents related to the issue are clarified. The division of continuing training of teaching staff and current methods of educational events is indicated. The work also describes the activities of the director in the process of further education of teaching staff at the school. The practical part presents a research investigation, which, based on interviews with school principals and a questionnaire for teaching staff, describes how principals create a further education plan.
