Restoration of the Renaissance Town Hall in Hostěradice
Vican, Martin ; Mikeš, Stanislav (referee) ; Guzdek, Adam (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis was to develop project documentation for a building permit in part B and construction execution documentation in part C. The developed project documentation follows on from the subject AG034 – Monument restoration studio. The topic of the studio work was to propose a solution for the restoration of the Renaissance town hall in Hostěradice, which now serves only as a grocery store and a gym. All the spaces of the town hall are falling into disrepair, but the village of Hostěradice is starting to invest in gradual repairs and improvements not only to the building itself, but also to the surrounding area. After completing a workshop in the building, which resulted in a preliminary structural and technical survey of the building and the basic considerations of the residents of the village and the council, I arrived at the basic concept of the restoration of the town hall. I will rid the building of all redundant constructions that divide vaulted spaces and redundant extensions. By demolishing the attached stage, I isolate the historic building, to which I then design a modern extension with hygienic and technical facilities. It is connected to the historic town hall by a glazed space with a communication core, from which you can reach all the used spaces. The purpose of the restored building will be to represent the village at social events. All spaces will be converted into halls, galleries or facilities for refreshments in the form of catering and a bar. With this approach, I plan to preserve the valuable layers of the Renaissance building and at the same time add a new layer to the town hall that adapts the building to modern needs.

Freshwater mussels (Unionidae) in CITES
HNÍDKOVÁ, Lucie
This work assesses the international trade in the Unionidae species from 1987 to 2015. The species of the Unionidae family are listed in the CITES International Convention. Most of them (26 species from 12 genera) are included in Appendix I of CITES, only three species (Cyprogenia aberti, Pleurobema clava and Epioblasma torulosa rangiana) are listed in Annex II. They are mainly US endemic, or USA and Canada. Most of them occur only in one or two rivers, often only in a certain section of the river. These species are host specific. Some of them are bound to only one genus or species of fish. From a trading point of view, Unionidae were traded in the following forms: shells, carved shells, derivatives, live individuals and specimens. The species Dromus dromas, Pleurobema clava, Cyprogenia aberti and Conradilla caelata were traded the most. The most common was the trade in the shells of individuals whose origin dates from before the inclusion of the species Unionidae to CITES for commercial purposes. These individuals were mostly of an unknown provenance and if the country of origin was stated, it was United States of America. The places, from which they were exported most were Hongong and the Philippines. The most frequent place of import were the US.

The Construction pour + Infinitive in French and Its Equivalents in Czech
Dubišarová, Zdislava ; Nádvorníková, Olga (advisor) ; Štichauer, Jaroslav (referee)
v anglickém jazyce: This bachelor thesis deals with the infinitive prepositional construction "pour + infinitive" in the french language whilst taking in an account of its czech equivalents. After defining the basics terms (infinitive, subject of the infinitive, syntactic functions of the infinitive, non-finite dependent clauses) it watches closely the infinitive construction "pour + infinitive" in the function of adverbial and it`s semantical interpretations it could have. The second part of the thesis is focused on corpus analysis of this construction. The analysis of the data from linguistic corpuses enables us to determine the frequention of the examined construction in various genres and determine some of its basic quantitative features (lexical occupation, morphological characteristics etc.). This basic analysis enables us to identify the possible specifications of samples of the occurence from paralel corpus InterCorp, from which we make a detailed analysis of the factors that can interfere with the semantical interpretation of given construction and the selection of its translation counterpart in the czech language, where a similar structure does not exist in the language system. Klíčová slova: infinitive, purpose, preposition pour, InterCorp, corpus, contrastive analysis
