Place of Pilgrimage and its Musical Tradition

43 Resumé The proposed thesis is an attempt to map the history of the beginnings and the life story of the pilgrimage locality of Kájov. The thesis is based on a research of preserved official documents and on testimonies of surviving eye witnesses. Among the termini a quo counts the history of the cultural and spiritual regime in Kájov and some of the events which influenced the functioning of the pilgrimage locality. In the course of time the socio- demographic structure of the inhabitants was changing along with political regimes which were responsible for persecutions of the spiritual leaders in Kájov. The thesis traces the impact of the spiritual tradition of a pilgrimage location and the influence of spiritual leaders in the musical and cultural life of the inhabitants of Kájov from the first written accounts until today. My objective is not only mapping of the history of the musical activities at the pilgrimage location of Kájov, but also an attempt to organize the remains of the Kájov music archives.
Leader In Me, the educational program at a primary school

This thesis examines the educational program "The leader in me" and its functioning within the first grades of elementary school. The thesis is divided into three chapters - theoretical, analytical and practical. The first theoretical part introduces the program and defines and explaines the term "habit". The outcomes of the first presented chapter focus on the interconnections between self-management and the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The analytical part summarizes experiences and results gathered during researching the sample elementary school A.B. Combs and other schools that use the examined program in their classrooms. This has been achieved based on the analysis of Czech and foreign resources. The last practical part presents a qualitative survey, whose main objective was to reflect on teaching practices that have been based on methods of self- management and on knowledge gained in the theoretical part of this thesis.

The diploma theses deals with the concept leadership, the concept learning organisation and their reciprocel relationship, specificaly about function leadership in the learning organisation. The theses defines, observes and researches these two phenomenas in the segment of education, specificaly in schools related to programm "The leader in me" both in the Czech Republic and abroad - the Netherlands. Leadership mentioned in this work represent the 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen R. Covey as the main tool. The theses concerns the teachers' profesional development and their general personal characteristics, in a view of regarding development. Resettlement and confiscating Sudeten Germans, for example Town of Svitavy

In my thesis I am trying to find out how to affect the transfer of the Germans and the confiscation of their property of the national economy of Czechoslovakia and the economy in the town of Svitavy. The work shows how the Germans were expelled and how many have been evacuated from Czechoslovakia and Svitavy. The main contribution of my work is to determine how the seizure took place, the implementation of national governments and the nationalization of industrial property in the best-performing businesses in Svitavy, because this issue has not been comprehensively explored. A further notice of who the Svitavy political leaders behind the introduction of national administrations, according to what criteria were allocated to the national government and that national managers perform their work responsibly.
