Diplomová práce pojednává o konceptu leadershipu, o konceptu učící se organizace a o jejich vzájemném vztahu se zaměřením na funkci leadershipu v učící se organizaci. Práce definuje, sleduje a zkoumá tyto dva fenomény v segmentu školství, konkrétně ve školách zapojených do celoškolního rozvojového programu "I ve mně je lídr" na území České republiky i v zahraničí - Nizozemí. Leadership zde jako hlavní nástroj zastupuje koncept 7 návyků skutečně efektivních lidí Stephena R. Coveyho. Práce se dotýká profesního rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků a jejich obecných, z pohledu rozvoje žádoucích osobnostních charakteristik. Cílem práce je shromáždění názorů na koncept Coveyho 7 návyků skutečně efektivních lidí jako nástroje leadershipu. Na základě těchto zjištění definovat roli leadershipu v konceptu učící se organizace v prostředí školy, popsat vzájemný vztah a vazby leadershipu na koncept učící se organizace a oblast profesního rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků a vyhodnotit jejich míru důležitosti z hlediska efektivity a úspěšnosti učící se organizace v prostředí školy. Teoretická část práce vymezuje na základě studia odborné literatury hlavní pojmy práce - leadership, učící se organizace, profesní rozvoj pedagogických pracovníků a celoškolní rozvojový program "I ve mně je lídr" s principy 7 návyků... The diploma theses deals with the concept leadership, the concept learning organisation and their reciprocel relationship, specificaly about function leadership in the learning organisation. The theses defines, observes and researches these two phenomenas in the segment of education, specificaly in schools related to programm "The leader in me" both in the Czech Republic and abroad - the Netherlands. Leadership mentioned in this work represent the 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen R. Covey as the main tool. The theses concerns the teachers' profesional development and their general personal characteristics, in a view of regarding development. The goal of the work is to summary of opinions related to the Covey 7 habits of highly effective people as leadership tool. Based on the summary the theses defines role of leadership in the learning organisation in the area of school and describes reciprocal relationships leadership and learning organisation and the area of professional development in the behaviour of teachers. Furthevemore, the these evaluates the importance in relationships from in accordance with effectivity and success of the learning organisation in the school area.
