Educational needs of kindergarten's headmasters at different stages of their careers

The bachelor thesis deals with educational needs of kindergarten headmasters in different stages of their professional practice and with opportunities of further education for these workers. Considering the scope of the topic, this broad subject is narrowed down to the kindergarten headmasters in the region of Ústí nad Labem and training opportunities in the region. The theoretical part is based on technical literature applicable laws and regulations, various internet sources and also on our own experience. The basis for the research part was a questionnaire survey and its subsequent evaluation. The work gives an insight into the diversity of educational needs of kindergarten headmasters at the beginning of their professional practice and in the end of it. It also answers the question, whether there is sufficient offer of further education even for workers with years of experience in management of kindergartens. How do teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools. Evaluation of teaching in nursery schools in the Central Region

3 ABSTRACT: Final thesis deals with the question of evaluation of teaching in nursery schools. It provides information on what forms of assessment are used, which methods are the most frequently chosen, and what evaluation criteria to determine school. The paper also asked whether the evaluation in kindergartens focuses on the progress of the educational process or learning outcomes. The theoretical part provides an overview of the importance of individual concepts in the management of the educational process and its evaluation. A substantial part of the research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey and analysis of the annual CSI. The result is a mapping of the current state of management and evaluation of teaching in nursery schools. I focused on one part of project 'Methodics', which is called 'Digital learning materials'. I tried to describe the functionality of this module, its organisational structure and internal processes, the work of the coordinator, the reviewer and the editor. I tried to define the basic, control, crucial and implementation processes, which are carried out in this structure. On the Road to the School Uniform

This work describes a practical and easy way to grasp the steps that must be taken at state (public) elementary school in implementing school uniforms, which are becoming essential tool changes the quality of school culture. Also briefly summarizes the theoretical background and the history of school uniforms not only in Czech Republic but in part also abroad. Submitted known reasons for and against the introduction of school uniforms in elementary schools. It gives examples of public opinion and the impact of the introduction of school uniforms for the first public elementary school in Prague in 2012. His research reveals opinions of a variety of head teachers of primary schools in Prague on the possible introduction of school uniforms in schools it administers. Education and innovation with the support of ICT in kindergartens

The final bachelor's thesis presents in its theoretical part knowledge in the field of education in kindergarten with the support of information and communication technologies. It follows the possibilities of implication given by a general educational plan, describes the role of the teacher and the kindergarten principal. Marginally it deals with the support of the state institutions, especially the Czech School Inspectorate. The thesis explains the concept of innovation in education, discusses the situation abroad and the potential risks of using modern technology in kindergarten. The practical part, through a questionnaire survey, monitors the role of the kindergarten principal in the process of implementation of information and communication technologies in the educational process of kindergarten; it identifies which information and communication technologies are actually in use in selected kindergartens. In open-ended questions it has an ambition to seek the views of the kindergarten principals on their plans for the acquisition of new technologies, their experience with using the existing technologies and also their views on the largest and most common barriers to include new technologies in the educational process.
Analysis of the Means of the Implementation of the Teachers' In-service Education from the Management Perspective

In-service education of teachers represents one of the key parts of strategic development of the Czech system of education. The work focuses on the problem from the perspective of the school`s management and analyses the part it plays in implementation of in-service education. The aim of the work is to interpret the ways how in-service education is approached and the means of its implementation in primary and secondary schools. The work itself is divided into two main parts. The characteristics of in-service education and the state of the art are described in the first part. The approach of the management of schools to the problems of in- service education is analyzed through the questionnaire in the second part. At the end of the work, the conclusions resulting from this inquiry are described in detail. The bachelor thesis deals with communication between leading of the school canteens and the directors of the nursery schools. Thesis maps which the communication tools use the leading of the school canteens and directors of the nursery schools for mutual communication. Find out how often communicating together the leading of school canteen and director of the nursery school, including the personal communication, how much time is devoted to mutual communication and what is content. For each communication theme compares what are the priorities of these themes for leading of school canteens and directors of the nursery schools.

It is based on the legal requirements for the performance of the headmaster and his managerial role required for the management of the school, which he has to manage. It describes an initial period of headmaster's dutin and it solves an subsequent phases of business. It highlights the influence of the length of time in managing activities in shaping the attitudes and improving the quality of school management. It describes the facts that brings the ever-changing conditions in the educational legislativ for the exercise of the headmaster, which significantly affect its access to the profession and life perspective.
Possibilities and limits using the internet by primary school pupils.

For my thesis I chose a topic related to the use and limits of the Internet for pupils of primary school in their free time, because I think that this issue is not given sufficient attention. The aim of my work, based on content analysis of literature and other sources and on the research among pupils, is to formulate risks associated with the use of the Internet by pupils of younger school age. Chapters of my thesis provide the readers to the issue of risk phenomena associated with the use of the Internet, which can affect mental and physical health of children. Readers will also find a chapter focused on existing projects dealing with the issue of Internet safety. And last but not least, the work is focused on the possibility of the use and safety of the sites mostly visited by children that resulted from the research. For my work I have drawn mainly from the many Internet publications and brochures, written by the experts in this issue, because the topic is relatively new and it is difficult to find books devoted to it. The work includes also research part, for which I chose the method of questionnaire survey, exploring outlined three areas - the use of the Internet, Internet safety and use of social networks by pupils of 3rd - 5th year of primary school.
