NÁZEV: Profesní kompetence učitele. Komunikace učitele ve smyslu informování, reportování, administrace. AUTOR: Ilona Bártová KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. Závěrečná práce se zabývá pojmem kompetence učitele, konkrétně komunikací. Jak učitelé v profesním kontextu komunikují ve smyslu reportování, informování, administrace. Pojmem management, classroom management, jaký je vztah classroom managementu a school managementu. Vysvětluje pojem kompetence, kompetence učitele. Podrobněji se věnuji jedné kompetenci učitele a tou je komunikace. Prezentuje výsledky rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření, jak učitelé a ředitelé komunikují ve smyslu informování, reportování a administrace. Porovnává data získaná rozhovory s učitelkami mateřských a základní škol s daty získaných z dotazníků určených ředitelům mateřských a základních škol. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools.
