Methods of selection used in recruitment and selection process of teachers in kindergartens

This thesis is focused on the methods for selecting employees in the recruitment and selection process of employees and their using in the recruitment and selection process of teachers in kindergartens. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is to describe these methods for selecting employees, include context of the whole recruitment and selection process of employees and to describe the methods for selecting employees in the recruitment and selection process of teachers in kindergartens. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is to discover and describe the methods for selecting employees that are used in kindergartens in The Capital City of Prague and The Central Bohemian Region based on quantitive research of questionnaire surveys. The research reports the used methods for selecting employees, the number of combined methods for selecting employees and used knowledge and skill tests in recruitment and selection of teachers in examined kindergartens. A secondary data analysis was made by comparing research data using the following parameters: public or non-public kindergartens, location of the kindergarten in The Capital City of Prague or The Central Bohemian Region, the size of the workplace, the orientation of the kindergartens and the number of applicants. Educational Specifics of children with rare disease in special need school

This diploma thesis is focused on education specifics of children with a rare disease at a special primary school. In the theoretical part, the author describes three specific rare diseases - mucopolysaccharidosis, Prader-Willi syndrome and Smith-Magenis syndrome. Deals with the manifestations of the disease, treatment options and the arrangement of the education for these children. In the practical part the author inquires how teachers work with a child with a rare disease during the day at special primary school. The thesis also inquires what specifics the educational process brings to teachers and where do the teachers find the sources for their methods of work.

Jaroslav Kadlec (1911-2004) and České Budějovice. Contribution to life and work.

This diploma thesis is dealing with life and professional destiny of Jaroslav Kadlec. It arose from the research of reference books and historical sources archived in the State District Archives in České Budějovice and State Regional Archives in Třeboň. Memories of his close friend Msgre. Václav Kulhánek are integral to the thesis. This thesis begins with the look at the historical period, the development and status of the Catholic Church in the context of Czechoslovakia. It briefly acquaints us with the life of Jaroslav Kadlec, his choice to become a priest, his religious and teaching career. Then this thesis clarifies his life difficulties connected to communist persecution. The next part of this thesis is focused on his personal life and his studies, both of which are closely related to the city of České Budějovice. He spent a considerable part of his life there, whether as a student of the Gymnasium of J. V. Jirsík or later taking part in the Episcopal theological seminar, there also as a pedagogue. He was returning to České Budějovice not only in his memories but through his scientific work as well.

Witchcraft in dominion of Třeboň in the early modern age

The theme of my bachelor thesis is the issue of witchcraft on the estate of Třeboň in the years 1590 - 1783. The main task is to clarify the relationship between witchcraft and folk culture based on the criminal legal sources preserved in the fund of estate Třeboň. Moreover, I will also try to bring the difference between the normative and the factual punishment of these acts with the help of the preserved pitch books. To the center of attention they get specific actors who stood before the seigniorial court and will be also zoomed legal proceedings with František Řezáč by using metods of historical anthropology.

Imitatio Alexandri in the Hellenistic Art

This Bachelor thesis deals with the problem of imitation of Alexander the Great in the Hellenistic era. It also includes selected portraits of Alexander the Great and describes how he used his self-presentation. This work also involves the political situation which occured after his death since it is reflected in the art and self-promotion of the Diadochi. Imitatio Alexandri in this thesis is illustrated also on the level of deities and heroes because of mutual influencing of divine and Alexander's portraits. Imitation of Alexander the Great by Hellenistic rulers is divided into chapters according to royal dynasties or individual rulers. In conclusion, the thesis points out the similarities and differences of Alexander's successors and provides a comprehensive view of imitatio Alexandri and also brief chronological summary. A Property Rights Concept of The National Park Šumava

The theme of the work is the management of the Sumava National Park. Publicized problems concerning the intervention rate, zoning, construction, management and status of local communities are conceived in the context of state ownership of the park and its public administration. Institutional change is possibly the logical solution. The cause of conflict in the SNP is searching with the use of stakeholder analysis. The method takes the form of interviews with representatives of interested parties, followed by a synthesis of observed attitudes and opinions. Despite some differences and divergent views on specific issues they see as the main obstacle agreements failure and legislation disregard, so it is a socio-political problem. The following is an economic aspect (lack of funds and poor management of them) and environmental (especially the form of zoning). Regime management change, however, they do not evaluate as a solution of the existing disagreements.
