The thesis deals with the improvement of services and selected tools of marketing mix of LIFT and FIT using the mystery shopping method in LIFT and FIT and their direct competitors. The first part of this thesis deals with the theoretical concepts that are closely related to this thesis, followed by the characteristics of the company. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the 5 P's and the research conducted and then it is evaluated using the SWOT matrix approach. Based on the analysis and the research conducted, the last part of the thesis will propose recommendations for improving the services and selected tools of the company's marketing mix.

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of a CRM system in a selected company dealing with the sale of medical supplies in the Vysočina region. The theoretical part of the work contains a basic definition of concepts falling into the field of modern technologies of the 21st century. The aim of the theoretical part is to create a means for the reader to search for selected analyzes, which will be used in the next part of the work. These are the Canvas business model, SWOT analysis, risk analysis and other use of tools. The analytical part creates an overview of the use of methods and analyzes in a particular company and shows the direct application in practice. The final part of the work is devoted to the process of implementing a CRM system into business practice with subsequent use in specific internal processes within business activities. This design part describes the internal processes before implementation and then outlines the methodological work after the already implied system into the process.

The purpose of the master's thesis "Marketing Strategy of the Selected Company" is to propose a marketing strategy for a selected IT company. The theoretical part deals with small and medium companies, their definition and limitations, as well as strategic analysis, marketing strategy and marketing research. The analytical part provides an analysis of the selected company, which is focused on external and internal environment of the selected IT company. Based on this analysis a SWOT analysis is performed. Then quantitative research is performed and afterwards a specific marketing strategy is proposed based on the analytical part and quantitative research. At the end of the work, the contribution of the proposals is evaluated.

K dosažení a navržení konečné podoby značky je využita řada teoretických modelů a výzkumných metod zaměřených jednak na samotný koncept značky, na charakter zákazníka, jejich vnímání naší značky a následně náhled na konkurenci na tomto trhu. Výsledky a uplatněné metodika jsou klíčové pro realizaci a navržení konečné podoby mé značky.

Poznatky z odbornej literatúry uvedené v teoretickej časti práce, predstavujú nevyhnutný základ pre výber vhodných nástrojov a analýz k vypracovaniu analytickej časti. Posledná časť práce je venovaná konkrétnym návrhom riešení, ktoré vedú k dosiahnutiu stanovených cieľov.
