The impact of educational activities of selected NGOs in the CR on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society

In my Master thesis, I deal with the impact of educational activities of selected NGOs on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society. The thesis is both theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the process of immigrant integration and with the role of the governmental and non-profit organizations. A large part is devoted to the migrant children's education and to the difficulties which they have and must overcome. The end of the theoretical part presents the educational activities of selected non-profit organizations, which focus not only on helping migrant children, but also on working with schools and families of the children. The empirical part examines the impact of specific educational activities realized at the community center InBáze on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society. The activities of a pedagogical worker with clients of asylum house

The theme of the thesis is The activities of a pedagogical worker with clients of an asylum house. The target is to find out what activities the pedagogical worker does in this kind of facility, what is the work description, how the worker works with clients and their children. Further more the thesis deals with necessity of pedagogical worker in an asylum house a their in/sufficient capacity. The thesis is focused on finding out the success of a pedagogical worker in this kind of facility and how the pedagogue reaches the target of their activity. In the theoretical part there I describe particular activities which the pedagigical worker carries out in an asylum house, it means in socially disadvantaged environment. In the empirical part of the thesis there I research whether the pedagogical worker is neccessary in this facility and wheteher and to what extent their work capacity is sufficient. The research includes finding out the success of a pedagogical worker in asylum house primarily with the help of reached targets made by clients. Vietnamese children at Czech schools

The bachelor work is focused on the topic of Vietnam children at the Czech education system. The first part of this work tries to mention cultural-historical background of the Vietnamese coming to the Czech Republic. It is concerning on the differences of the interethnical communication too. Second part of the work deals with the most important problems associated with the education of the Vietnam pupils and students and possibilities of their solution. This part also shows positives of the school as a factor of integration.

Social and pedagogic aspects of foreigners' integration in the territory of the Czech republic after the accession into EU

My diploma paper is focused on integration of foreigners' children into education at grammar schools. The aim of my paper is to theoretically explain in more detailed way social and pedagogic aspects of foreigner's integration in connection to their integrity into educational system. And on the basis of exploration I want to examine readiness of schools for integration of pupils - foreigners into educational program at grammar schools in regional town Ústí nad Labem. My diploma paper is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical parts. The first theoretical part of my diploma paper is focused on general theoretical approach to foreigners' and integration policy of the European Union and last but not least to the development of migration in the territory of the Czech Republic. It is focused on education of children of foreigners, particularly to its legal basis in Czech law and to inclusive education which is understood to be higher level of integration. eTwinning - from the Partnership to the Community for Schools in Europe

The diploma thesis focuses on a European activity eTwinning and its implementation within the system of education. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the activity and its main principles, as well as its goals and management. The emphasis is also put on its position within the conception of lifelong learning. The thesis presents the development of the activity since its lunch in 2005 until now, describes its original direction to be followed at the beginning as well as the gradual changes that happened during its further implementation. The practical part defines the main internet tools offered by eTwinning to its users and describes those in detail. In the last part, three eTwinning projects are presented as good practice examples from the Czech Republic. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to present the European activity in as broad context as possible and from different points of view. All the data used are based on relevant literature and other sources.

Cyberbullying and its prevention in Královehradecký region in the view of primary school

This thesis deals with cyber bullying and teachers awareness about this socio-pathological phenomenon. The theoretical part describes the concept and forms of cyber bullying, defines and describes the consequences for the cyber bullying victim. The work is dedicated to the elementary school cyber bullying prevention and defines how parents and teachers are involved with. This work describes some projects focused on safer use of the Internet. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic of cyber bullying and its prevention from the perspective of educators in selected primary schools. The second objective is to determine what do teachers know about the observed phenomenon and how do they perceive its prevention. Qualitative research in empirical part of the work is based on interviews with teachers. Interviews are conducted with regard to the topics content analysis in the theoretical part of the work.

Recent trends in education of the unemployed people in Denmark and the Czech Republic

The objective of master thesis "Recent trends in education of the unemployed people in Denmark and the Czech Republic" is to describe active labour market policy of Denmark and the Czech Republic. The focus is specifically on young unemployed people representing the group with the highest unemployment rate on the Europeans labour market. This master thesis introduces to the instruments of active labour market policy and focuses especially on education as the most effective instrument of active labour market policy. The thesis is a theoretical study, working with relevant information sources of these two countries and with documents of EU. The result of this thesis is to be acquainted with the recent trends of this area, e.g. support of the further education or internships as an instrument of education in praxis. Leisure education as a compenzation for unilateral burden at basic school Abstract This thesis deals with special interest education and its functions in relation to school-sided load. The theoretical part is based on the current state of education policy in the interest of education. Are also presented in detail the current issues of interest in learning Czech Republic (its functions, objectives, forms, leisure education institution, etc.) and Europe, where the pet training referred to as after-school care. In the practical part of the work carried out research on the benefits of leisure education for pupils in primary schools. The work also includes a proposal for defining the appropriate use of free time as compensation for unilateral burden of schooling.
