Thermochemistry of high nitrogen heterocyclic compounds
Bartošková, Monika ; Pekař, Miloslav (referee) ; Friedl, Zdeněk (advisor)
The prediction of detonation properties of the new generation of high-nitrogen energetic materials (HNEM) is based on knowledge of their heats of formation, which are sum of values of particular nitrogen heterocyclic fragments. The diploma thesis describes theoretical calculations of heats of formation in gas phase ?f H°(298,g) for series of azines (number of N atoms 2-6) and azoles (number of N atoms 2-5) by means of quantum chemical methods. The semiempirical methods as PM3, DFT methods utilizing isodesmic approach and finally thermochemical G-recipes were used. All calculated values of heats of formation were scrutinized and for future application to HNEM materials the DFT B3LYP/cc-pVTZ method and thermochemical recipe T1 were recommended.
Thermochemical Properties of High Nitrogen Energetic Materials
Bartošková, Monika ; Munzarová, Markéta (referee) ; Potáček, Milan (referee) ; Jalový,, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vávrová, Milada (advisor)
The main goal of the presented thesis is a theoretical study of heat of formation for high-nitrogen energetic materials. A modification of the classical approach to the isodesmic reactions is realized with the intent that molecules on both sides of the corresponding equation have not only the same number of atoms but also approximately the same size and skeletal similarity. This approach is designated as a method "Alternative Isodesmic Reaction (AIR method)". At its base, using the DFT B3LYP / cc-pVTZ and B3PW91 / cc-pVTZ, for the high nitrogen heterocycles, which are selected from the group of triazoles, triazines, tetrazines, the enthalpy of formation values the gaseous phase f H°(298,g), were obtained whose values are close to the published f H°(298,g). Their application in the calculation of the relevant characteristics of these heterocycles detonation gave real values.
Potential for Misuse of Products of Civil Pyrotechnics
Matoušek, Pavel ; Bartošková, Monika (referee) ; Němčák,, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis analyses misuse potential of category 1, 2 and 3 firework´s products. An algorithm for selection of pyrotechnic products with the biggest potential of misuse was created and experimetally tested on common firework products. An experiment replicating the Boston incident was also conducted. And in this experiment was found out, that pyrotechnical compositions used in common firework products could have been used.

Performative Aspects of Passional of Abbess Kunigunde
Bartošková, Michaela ; Sarkissian, Alena (advisor) ; Weissar, Tomáš (referee)
The master's thesis deals with the performative aspects of the late medieval manuscript Passional of Abbess Kunigunde, which was used in the Monastery of St. George as a devotional object. The aim of the work is to show the interaction with the manuscript as a bodily act, through which, analogously to a theatrical performance, meanings are performed through the body, which led its users to assert themselves in their social roles and to the cohesion of the monastic community.

Depression as an escape from burden of life: Analysis of interviews
Bartošková, Magda ; Chrz, Vladimír (advisor) ; Klusák, Miroslav (referee)
In this paper I will be mapping an inner world of thought and experience lived by individuals suffering from depression. Based on differently experienced narratives I will try to reveal common features, which could help with better understanding "depressive mode of life experience". Research took place in Prague Psychiatric Centre. It consisted of narrative analysis of four 90 minute long autobiogaphic interviews. Four respondents were of both sexes and 17 - 59 years old. In these interviews was emphasized formation of structure in their life narrative. The result of this analysis was formlation of theory of Depressive mode of organizing the experience. This theory is expanded with mode of escape mechanism describing tightening of depletion of external purpose loop and causal mechanism of reluctance to pursue introspection, which leads to deficit of authorship and need for understanding and acting other, who would compensate described deficit. These models have been compared with other theories and research of C. G. Jung and Erich Fromm. Ideas of both authors complete each other and expand findings of this research.
Positive aspects of depressive disorder on social cognition
Beránková, Justýna ; Preiss, Marek (advisor) ; Bartošková, Magda (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to present an unusual view on depressive disorder from the perspective of evolutionary psychologists. Recent studies which are engaged in a positive impact of sad mood and depressive disorder on social cognition are presented. These studies are followed by our own quantitative research. Research group of patients with primary diagnosis of depression (n = 41) and control group (n = 41) were examined by Montgomery and Åsberg Depression Rating Scale, Beck Depression Inventory, Schwartz scale and two original methods, that were created for the purpose of this research. Methods include two videotapes - True or False and Speed Dating which focus on the ability of participants to estimate the given social situation. There was no statistically significant difference between the research and the control group in tasks focused on social cognition. The performance of both groups is comparable.
