Title: Regeneration in the pre-season period in sports aerobics The aim of this study is to show modern methods and forms of regeneration in a period which is the most demanding for competitors in terms of mental and physical pages and to describe the effects and behavior of individual forms so that the competitors could choose the most suitable for him. Further classification of individual procedures in specific weekly microcycles for optimal readiness athletes access the following season and prevent overvoltage and overtraining. The goal is to show the importance of regeneration and its wide range available and the positive effects in the form of improved performance. Special running exercises in football training of young footballers

Title: Special running exercises in football training of young footballers Objectives: The aim of this work is a comprehensive summary of special athletics running excercises as a means of training for young footballers. The aim of the empirical part is to find out by pooling the details about the usage and knowledge of special running excercises of trainers. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of questioning. Because our prepared questions were not standardized. The charakter of pooling is an inquiry. Respondents should be introduced as an unrepresentative sample. Data were collected by e- mail correspondence. Results were entered into graphs and tables and their interpretation has been made. Results: The term special running exercises is well known for most of coaches. All the coaches consider important to develop technique of running. 81% of respondents use special running exercises to develop the technique. Coaches apply SBC for many purposes. Compared with various kinds of match level the most correct- techniques-training is used in division's teams. None of the coaches, who uses a special running exercises to correct the errors in the technique of running weren't able to describe all the occurred errors. Abstract Title: 800 meters elite runner training analysis Objectives: The main goal of my thesis deals with pedagogical evaluation of 800 meters elite runner training process. It concerns analysis of teoretical background esential for the performance growth of the two annual macrocycles through 2007/2008 and 2008/2009. I mainly focused on the relationship between the volumes of general and specific training indicators and achieved performance indicator in tracked event. The conslusion of the work should provide us with recommendations for the training process improvement in future periods. Methods: The education analysis of training process is based on the values that were obtained by content analysis of training documents and training records of the coach. I used a percentage expression for a quantitative comparison. For the qualitative comparison I used a distribution of training indicators devided into 17 categories, 5 as indicators of general training and 12 as special indicators. Results: The growth of sports performance in 800 meters discipline was primarily achieved by training loads of special training indicators and focus on its main field. The Evaluation of the Performace of AGRALL Ltd.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company AGRALL Ltd., which sells agricultural equipment. This thesis is split into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical assumptions and used methods. The second part applies theoretical knowledge to the data of the selected company. At first, the performance is evaluated by traditional indicators of profitability and then by using the economic value added which is calculated according to the methodology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Republic. The company data are compared with values of indicators for the sector and with the data of the selected competition to ensure better explanatory capability. At the end of thesis the findings are evaluated and improvements are recommended.

The main theme of this work is motivation as an instrument of performance employees. It deals with the problem of human resources in business organizations, their management and development in connection with individual performance stimulation. The work is divided into three parts. The first methodic part describes motivation instruments used in a business organization. In the theoretical part are defined basic terms, selected motivation theories, principles of employee management. The second part describes motivation instruments used in a business organization. The last part is devoted to the research of satisfaction with the motivation instruments in organization. Motivation as a tool of performance management

The thesis focuses on the motivation of employees as a tool of their performance management at the property development company Crestyl real estate, s.r.o. Based on the results, a proposal is created which will lead towards improving the current situation in the mentioned business. This thesis is divided into two main sections, the first being theoretical and the second being practical. The theoretical section, based from literary sources, deals with the characteristics of human resource management, management and performance, motivation, theories of motivation, and incentive programs. The practical section begins with an introduction of the selected company, covering a brief description of the company's history, organizational structure, and business environment. Additionally, various benefits are described which are currently offered to employees. This is followed by the research questionnaire survey and an evaluation of its results. The results are based on suggestions and recommendations that should lead to increased employee motivation at the company.
