Analysis of the Consumers' Behaviour in Selected Store in the Town of Orlová

The thesis deals with competitive environment and analyses shopping behaviour of the customers in the Coop Tip store in the town of Orlová. First part describes the retail network of the city and also the store itself. Then is the attention paid to the comparsion with its biggest competitor through the prices of consumer basket.In the main part follows the analysis of consumers'behaviour itself on the basis of data obtained by the polling in the store. And finally there are proposed some marketing recommendations on the grounds of the analysis's results.
The Importance of Moravian Gastronomy in Tourism

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the importance of Moravian gastronomy for tourism industry. It describes its history, economical contribution, propagation tools, the difference from Czech cuisine and it includes the point of view of the foreign visitor. The first section of the thesis is dedicated to the history of Moravian gastronomy, several economical indicators and the development of food and beverage services. It also describes typical Moravian products and meals. The next part analyses and focuses on the three main projects promoting Moravian gastronomy: Czech Specials, Taste Moravia and Heritage Trails. Gastronomy research in the form of a questionnaire distributed among foreign tourists is included, and the results are described in the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
French Paul on the market of the Czech Republic: enter, operation and other expansion possibilities of this chain of cafés and bakeries

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the position of the French chain of cafés and bakeries Paul on the market of the Czech Republic. Its target is analysis of the present position on the local market and survey of the expansion possibilities into other places in the capital city and eventually into other cities in the republic. The part of the target is also the survey on the satisfactory of customers, which was realized with the use of questionnaire. The main resource of information was personal experience and the results of the questionnaire. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The outcome of the survey in the practical part is the satisfactory ratio and suggestions which could heighten its level.
Customer loyalty of retail firm - Billa

The bachelor thesis results from marketing, which includes customer loyalty and consumer typology. Then the thesis is concerned with a marketing research and a proper creation of a questionnaire for this research. The practical part of the thesis introduces the retail company Billa and presents the results from field research, which was focused on finding of customer loyalty of the Billa's customers.
Analysis of the satisfaction of employees of Telecommunication Company

Thesis is focused on issues of employee satisfaction. The aim was to identify and assess the level of employee satisfaction from the business department of Telecommunication Company, to detect factors that influence satisfaction and then to propose measures that would help improve the status quo. The work is divided into three parts. Firstly there are given the objective of work, the conditions for research, a working hypothesis and methods of solution. Than follows theoretical background examination of the satisfaction of working. It deals with the job satisfaction, motivation and their relationship and the factors affecting them. Empirical part is devoted to brief the characteristics of company and the respondents. The analysis includes a description and assessment of information obtained through electronic questionnaire ends by measures to improve the current state.
The analysis of consumer behaviour and buying terms in the town of Kutná Hora

The bachelor thesis analyses consumer behaviour and buying terms in the town of Kutná Hora. The thesis deals with the situation in retail in the area of groceries. In the introduction the theme of the thesis is presented, the aim of the thesis is determined and the hypotheses are set. The town of Kutná Hora and its surroundings are characterised in the first chapter. The description of commercial facilities in the town follows then. Retail units of larger size are presented more closely. In the third chapter the results of the realized questionnaire are interpreted. The outputs of the questionnaire are summarized and analysed in the conclusion and the set hypotheses are evaluated at the same time.
Analysis of nonsmoking restaurants in Prague

This baccalaureate thesis tries to grasp the ingoing wave of nonsmoking restaurants and similar nonsmoking entities in Prague. It aims to find the possibility of nonsmoking enterprise to profit on common market and its attraction of customers. On the other hand this thesis deals with the potentiality of lessening of customers and profits of nonsmoking restaurants, pubs and bars after introduction of smoking prohibiting laws and rules. These data are obtained from questionnaires. The theoretical part focuses on polemic about the necessity of state regulation, especially in the area of protection of nonsmokers in restaurants. Further it deals with the importance of customer with his relationship to the restaurant and state. This work tries to solve the question if the state does not derogate too much the ownership rights in his battle against smoking and if the health issue in this context is not inferior.
The consumer purchase decision process in the market for bicycles

This thesis aims to analyze the consumer purchase decision process in the market for bicycles in all its stages. It sets to involve significant specifics that have any bearing on this process. The thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical part deals with marketing tools applicable within the bicycle market considering bicycle a complex product with all related components. The following part goes into great detail analyzing the purchase decision process in the bicycle market, most of the space being devoted to the actual PDP stages. The last part handles the question of marketing research generally. The practical part of this thesis draws on the results of a marketing research carried out by means of questionnaires. Written questioning played vital part in primary data collection. This work also presents information concerning the questionnaire research. Then, socio-demographic issues are analyzed which specify more closely the questioned-group structure. The statistical analysis of each one question in the questionnaire presents the crucial part which involves both a first stage analysis of all the questions used and a two-dimensional statistical analysis that gives an insight into the coherence between selected questions. Also included is summary of results and formulating marketing recommendations for bicycle manufacturers and sellers.

The influence of the taxation on donating to non-profit organizations

The thesis examines the influence of the tax deduction by reason of granting the donation on the taxpayers' behavior. The examination is working with Household Expenditure Survey (2004, 2005) of Czech Statistical Office and with author's own questionnaire survey (2007). In the first part the regression of demographical and economic characteristics on the amount of donation and its probability is run. There are the internal opinions of informant according to the filled questionnaire described in the second part. The regression was processed using Logit, Probit and Tobit models; the following section consists of frequency analysis.
