The first one describes terms and methods of strategic management, predictioning and economic evaluation. Second part delas with comapny's environment and internal structure, using analytical tools for identifying key factors. The third part of the Thesis is synthesizing, it defines specific solutions and process economic evaluation.

In this diploma thesis is processed proposition of project implentation ETL process to company, which is parsed to many parts. These parts are divided by project analysis.Diploma thesis contains processing of time analysis, risk analysis, cost analysis and source analysis. Before I processed analyzes above, I had been created study of opportunities. This study consist of 7S analysis, SWOT analysis, SLEPTE analysis and Potrer’s model of competitive forces. This proposal of project implantation of ETL process to company was mainly processed by Microsoft Project software and supplementary by Microsoft Excel software.

The Use of Statistical Methods for Data Processing

Main goal of this diploma thesis is to design a strategy to increase the competitiveness of the spa resort Lázně Hodonín. Secondary goal is to predict the future attendance of said spa resort. A theoretical part apprizes the readers with basic terms of tourism, spa procedures, time series and spa resorts from South Moravian area. In the practical part, we will use time series to process an attendance of spa resort and predict its future developement according to a chosen model. In the end we will use SWOT and PESTE analysis to summarize results, which will be used to suggest a recommendation leading to an increase of competitiveness of chosen spa resort.

The proposed actions are fully reflected in the measures in related parts of organizational and financial character, and the key factors for successful implementation of the proposed measures are set.
