Destination management is nowadays one of the main trends in tourism. Final thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on destination management and strategic management of tourism in destination. Practical part contains analysis and evaluation of Tourism Development Strategy in Zilina selfgoverning region. It is dedicated to analysis of current situation in tourism of Zilina region and to its Tourism Development Strategy. Last chapter includes the evaluation of tourism and development potential in region of Zilina and the Tourism Develompent Strategy of Zilina selfgoverning region in period of 2007-2013 as well.

Development of tourism along Castle Road

This bachelor thesis deals with development of tourism along the Castle Road. First chapter describes main principle of this important international tourist project. Next chapters are focused on basic information about development of the Castle Road, describe member subjects and analyse supply of the services and social functions and attractions, which are offered to visitors of this project. Final chapter evaluates current situation of this project in the Czech Republic and suggests certain measures for further improvement and development of this project.

Marketing study of tourist area Central Bohemia - South

This diploma thesis is about the tourist area Central Bohemia - South , which belongs to the tourist region Central Bohemia. The main target of this thesis is to evaluate the management organization in this destination, to carry out the study of the primary and secondary tourism offer and also to evaluate the presentation and promotion of this area and introduce proper suggestions and recommendations for improvement of management and promotion. Part of the thesis is also author's own research of preferences of potential visitors, image and the research of attitude of locals to visitors. Also the PEST analysis of this destination was carried out and then was created the list of strenghts and weaknesses of the tourist area and the list of opportunities and threats for the next development of tourism.

Tourism Products in the Regions of the Czech Republic (Central Moravia and the Jeseníky Mountains)

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the offer of tourism products in the tourist region of Central Moravia and the Jeseníky Mountains and to find out whether the potential of the region for the creation of these products is fully exploited. Moreover the thesis confronts the current product offer with the demand and evaluates to what degree the offer meets the demand. Based on the results of the analysis, some new tourism products, whose implementation would contribute to full exploitation of the potential of the region and to better meeting of the demand, are drawn up.

The use of the Beroun region's cultural capital in tourism

The aim of this thesis is to define the relationship between cultural capital of the Beroun region and tourism through the description and subsequent introduction of conception within the case study of landmark infrastructure in a particular location. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the basic terms of the field, the practical one concentrates on a description of the present state of cultural capital in the region with strong ties to tourism and presents a concept to improve the situation in the village Nižbor.

Organization Analysis of Tourism in the South Bohemian Region

The goal of this submitted thesis is the analysis and evaluation of tourism organizations and management in the South Bohemian Region. This work is structured into five basic parts. The first part describes the conception of destination management and its specifics. Then theoretical predispositions of tourism organizations (legal forms, ways of financing) are described. Basic characteristics of tourism in this region and the strategy of tourism's development in the South Bohemian Region is determined in the third part. The fourth part researches the organizations of tourism in the defined area. The evaluation of destination management and tourism organization is implemented in the last part.

Destination Management in Practice

The aim of my thesis is to analyze the operation of selected organizations of destination management in the South Bohemian region or in other regions in the neighborhood. My work focuses especially on comparison the existence, operation, focus and also cooperation between individual subjects of destination managements. The thesis brings a real recommendations in order to improve efficiency in operation of these subjects.

Expectations of development of tourism in Prachaticko

In the framework thesis was realized field research, determined profile visitor, created product package Criss-cross the Prachatice Area (specializes in cycling tourism, discovering nature, towns, ancient, historical and cultural monuments) and designed new tourism offer.
