Organization Development Intervention Options: a selected organization example

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of the concrete construction company, especially by an interpretation of gathered data, which were reached from members of chosen working group in the organization and then it is aimed at the possibility of the application of interventions using in the company. The concrete working group is mainly composed of members of administrative organization part. The objective of the work is based on the diagnosis of an internal and an external background of the company and on the consequential giving the feedback to the client about an implementing the interventions. This diagnosis is made with help of special methods and techniques: interviews, SWOT analysis, association training and sociometric test. The final recommendation is mainly oriented in planning concrete interventions in the company and it is also partially based on the whole potential consultant's implementing process step by step. For this possible realizing of the consultant's process the work tries to illustrate global time plan and then it also warns, that there could be certain difficulties, which could appear in the phase of the implementation. PLC technology in data collection systems

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of PLC technology in data collection. The first part includes information about PLC. An analysis of types, properties and types of modulations of PLC focusing on the narrowband one is carried out. Used modems from Yitran company are described. Attention is also paid to creation of software for an application focused on data collection from simple sensors. The thesis incudes the description of two created applications required for the realization of data collection system. In the last part, measurement of packet loss dependence on distance is described. From the measurement it follows that the modems operate reliably with rising distance as well.

This bachelor's thesis deals with problematics of data collection and it's processing. It clarifies terms of data collection, signal processing, D/A and A/D convertors etc. Part of this thesis deals with NI USB 6008 hardware and applied software LabVIEW and Labwindows by National Instruments company. Next part of thesis deals with instruments used for analog data collestion for example meassuring systems, modules, cards and buses. This thesis contains two laboratory tasks of data collection area, operating with NI USB 6008 hardware by National Instruments company created in LabVIEW.

Software for Sociological Research of the Relationship of Children to Computer Games

This thesis investigates different aspects of children's computer game world. In the opening chapters are described available computer games for kids, which are split into groups. After that follows theoretical introduction to the problems of sociological research and advantages of using computer and Internet for it. On the basis of observation are introduced three types of applications for investigation of children's interest and abilities in computer games and parents opinions. Two of them were already used for investigation within this thesis. Thesis also presents results of realized survey.

Data collection by wireless technology ZigBee

This bachelor study deals with communication standard IEEE 802.15.4, wireless technology ZigBee and describes its using in collective data collection area and telemetry. Teoretical part is formed by some chapters which detailing standard IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee technology and some chapters which detailing communication unit design from look peripheral solving and implementation firmware. Practical part have to do with itself realization communication unit for data gathering from measuring devices. It is based on circumscribed solving. Further smoothing - out proposal frame system in which the would be used technology ZigBee.

The Optimalization of E-Communication in the UMC Praha 9

The subject of this Master thesis is to identify the current situation and find an optimal solutions for communication; especially for e-communication between Municipal District Prague 9 and citizens, based on outcomes from surveys conducted with the citizens, employees and observe other Municipal offices. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the interpretation of terms, some of the relevant types of e-communication, methodology and process of market research. In the practical part is depict the current situation, further analyzed the outcome from the conducted survey research and the resulted suggestions and recommendations. I strongly believe that the outcomes from this Master thesis will contribute to achieve a desired objective of Municipal District Prague 9, which is optimal satisfaction of their citizens.

This thesis results from theoretical resources as are general analysis used for the purpose of the market studies oriented on business sector as well as common environment and its own functioning and the thesis is based on the competitive strategy defined by M.E. Porter. Further the thesis is dealing with data resources and methods of data handling, including data collection, classification, segmentation and its following evaluation. The Analysis of Customers Satisfaction with a Transport Company

The thesis deals with a survey of customer´s satisfaction with provided services. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of different concepts, problems in marketing research and also on a questionnaire as a tool of collecting information. The practical part of the thesis analyses and presents the results from the questionnaire including recommendation and suggestions for improvements. They should be leading into increase in popularity of using public transport.
