Analysis of a beginning teacher and his common problems in an educational process

Thesis "Beginning teacher - analysis of his personality, work and the most common problems in his work" deals with the personality of a beginning teacher, mentions the most common problems in his work and tries to find ideas for improving the situation. As the same times in analyses the selected components of his personality, which usually participates the lack of attention, especially in preparing future teachers, and which usually not mentioned in proper context. It focuses primary on the professional competence of teachers in relation to the student's core competencies as well as in other contexts. It also discusses the role of novice teachers in the context of the transformation of the Czech education system and also in the context of the Lisbon process. Analyses of key documents are included too. Great attention is paid to think about the different problematic areas concerning the work of novices teachers. In this context, the author focuses on the matter of authority and educational styles. It is based not only on the special literature but also on the sound, which took the form of numerous interview, surveys, questionnaires and observation. Curricular reform in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and its comparison in terms of legal constitution, conduct and attitudes of the educational staff

The main objective of this work is to identify similarities and differences of the curricular reform in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in terms of legal constitution, conduct and attitudes of the educational staff. As a research method uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, textual analysis of documents (legal norms, conceptual and strategic documents) and the questionnaire (opinions and attitudes of teachers). Respondents for the survey were selected by stratified selection to include leading educators and ordinary teachers, primary and secondary schools in both countries. The comparison showed that the process of curriculum reform in both countries are very similar, although the Slovak conducted with less delay. Framework educational programs in the Czech Republic and public education programs to Slovak consistently beyond the compulsory education through learning objectives, competencies, learning outcomes and course content. Educational Programes for art Branches

(in Engllish) The main goal of this work is to describe the changes in training artistically gifted students in the field of study of Applied painting. In the theoretical part the analysis of educational objectives of national and international documents is captured in the context of lifelong education, general education programs in the field of applied painting and its ties to the framework curricula of primary schools and primary art school. In the methodological part of this work I described the main characteristics of the educational program which is implemented by the Secondary Glass School Valašské Meziříčí, where I work. It contains proposals of basic curricula, selection of topics and time allocation for profile subjects Practical Training and Technology. Examples of real teaching learning activities with an emphasis on integrating the content of social science base with elements of Sciences technology base are introduced. The aim of the methodological part is to present the way how the theoretical knowledge of methods, forms of education are used in my teaching practice use, with the emphasis on the area of motivation of students and students' assessment.
Proposal for Development of the Manager

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a proposal how a manager should develop himself, what abilities are necessary to emphasise and what the key features of the right manager are. The theoretical part deals with the manager issues and manager development. It solves and tries to answer the question how the manager should develop himself and what he should do for his personal development. The result of this thesis is my own proposal and recommendation for a young ambitious manager. This proposal has been based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
Managerial Competencies in the Particular Company

This thesis deals with managerial competencies in one particular company. The thesis is divided into two parts, the practical and the theoretical one. The theoretical part explains basic notions concerning especially competencies in connection with management. In the practical part, analysis of key managerial competencies of the company is carried out. The terrain data collection is drafted on the basis of quantitative research strategy. The aim of the thesis is to characterize key managerial competencies in the particular company and following carrying out of a detail analysis of these key competences at individual managers. In my work, I recommend a proposal of possible competency development, the state emerged as undesirable; in the form of formal education, informal education or in the form of working experience.
Program RWCT and Education of Czech language and literature in primary school

Diplomová práce se zabývá programem RWCT v souvislosti s výukou českého jazyka na 1. stupni ZŠ. Teoretická část zpracovává informace z odborné literatury. Tyto informace se týkají trendů v oblasti základního vzdělávání, konkrétněji pak trendů ve výuce českému jazyku a literatuře. Zabývá se východisky a základní charakteristikou programu RWCT a významem tohoto programu pro výuku českého jazyka na 1. stupni ZŠ. Praktická část má za úkol provázat teoretická východiska s praxí a popisuje konkrétní výuku metodami RWCT a další postupy ve výuce. Teamwork in the process of communication ability development of children with multiple disability in special elemantary school

The Rigorosum thesis in its theoretical part defines the basis and function of communication as well as motivation to communication. It also gives information on disturbed communication abilities, strategy during the therapy and therapeutic methods used in logopeadics. The term pupil with multiple disability is defined, and conditions and objectives of education in special elementary school closely focused on the development of communication abilities of the pupils outlined. Teamwork on developing communication skills of the schoolchildren, along with definition of the competences of the members of the team and possible types of cooperation represent the principal topic of the thesis. Analysis of the current implementation of teamwork, participation of experts from education and health care departments, as well as the purpose and intensity of cooperation in selected special elementary schools in Czech Republic is presented, based on the questionnaire survey. A proposal of the implementation of teamwork in practise is finally presented.
Importance of Community cirles and morning letters in primary education

In my diploma thesis I am examining the importance of community circles and morning letters in primary education. I would like to give an explanation of the term community circle especially focusing on the community circles in the programme Step by Step. These were particularly inspiring for me. I am also looking into the community circles from the point of view of the Framework Educational Programme and acquiring key competencies. It is, indeed, in the community circles that the social and communication competencies are developed. The goal of my thesis is above all stating the terms of smooth establishment of a community circle. I hope to offer guidelines for a start-up of community circles and the development of short activities used in morning circles. The role of language education in relation to selected key competencies development

This bachelor's work deals with theoreticaly possibilities of foreign language education. It is focused on specific phenomenon as bilingualism and multilingualism. It considers using alternative methods in foreign language education and thinks about potential way of development to use common artificial language. The object of this work was to offer a broad view to individualization in teaching languages and to motivate to use and combine different methods.
