The second part describes tangible and intangible elements of the local culture, the cultural activities as an application of these elements, and significant persons who drew attention to the locality. This is followed by a summary of the cultural institutions and associations operating in the village and brief informations about funding of the local cultural activities. The thesis is closed by an analysis of a survey exploring a contentment of the inhabitants of Terchová with the concept of the culture, topped with my remarks and suggestions to improve the identified insufficiencies. In attachments of the thesis there are photographs of the most important cultural elements to illustrate the character of the local culture.

Study on interactions between lipase and carbon-based support
Sesíťování adsorbovaného enzymu pomocí glutaraldehydu vedlo ke zlepšení tepelné stability vzorku, a to pravděpodobně v důsledku intermolekulárních kovalentních vazeb.

Categorization of Cloud Computing Services
Morávek, Jan ; Karkošková, Soňa (advisor) ; Feuerlicht, Jiří (referee)
The thesis is focused on the introduction to issue of cloud computing and cloud computing services. The main objective is to categorization of services in accordance to several parameters, which tends as crucial factors of choosing cloud computing services. The conclusion is achieved by analyzing various cloud computing services and subsequent synthesis of the most important parameters. The results of this thesis are the definitions of relevant categories common for the distributed models of service. According to these a potential consumer may choose from provided cloud computing services. Individual categories are divided by their technological or organizational characteristics. The categories are further defined from the infrastructure-as-a-service model view. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. While the theoretical part describes basic terminology, characteristics and division of models, the practical part is defined by three sections. The first section contains the definitions of the most important categories with given parameters of distribution models. In the second section, categories from the infrastructure-as-a-service view are defined. In the last section, an analysis of globally accessible services focused on the infrastructure-as-a-service is provided.

The Antireligous Trials in in the Czechoslovak Socialistic Republic in 1980s
Zrcek, Kryštof ; Tretera, Jiří Rajmund (advisor) ; Kindl, Vladimír (referee)
Antireligiously motivated trials in 1980s in Czechoslovakia The aim of my Master's degrese thesis is to point out specifics of the antireligiously motivated persecution in Czechoslovakia in 1980s. It differs from commonly known and reflected trials in the 1950s, which led to long lasting jail sentences and even death sentences. The strategy of communist Czechoslovakia in 1980s was more focused on less drastic but never stopping actions. The level of religious freedom in that time did't really exist, although the state submitted to several international pacts promising to be obliged by them. The first chapter deals with the historical context. It describes how the relationship between the communist regime and churches evolved after the World War Two. It focuses on the 1980s, describing some of the most important events in more detail. The second chapter deals with philosophical and political ideas on which the communist regime built its real policy. It quotes and comments various contemporary ideologists and tries to find the real meaining and purpose of the quoted material. The third chapter deals with the legal development of enactments relevant for this thesis. Also it tries to show how the law was applied. The fourth chapter deals with concrete case. There are four case studies, each chosen for a...

Semiotic interpretation of Kant's aesthetics
Šlerka, Josef ; Ševčík, Miloš (referee) ; Petříček, Miroslav (advisor)
The Semiotic lnterpretation of Kanťs Aesthetics deals with the relations between Peirce's serniotic concepts and some aspects of Kant' s philosophy and aesthetics. The first part, named Peirce And His Philosophy, presents basic terms and concepts of Peirce's philosophy. The second part, named Kanťs aesthetics, identifies some mutual elements of Peirce's and Kanťs approach. Therefore it interprets some basic concepts of Kanťs philosophy and aesthetics as semiotic, namely it tries to define the concept of beauty and sublimity by means of Peirce's distinction of icon and index. In the following analysis the text focuses on the aspect of subjectivation and sensuality in the experience of beauty and sublimity. Finally, the third part, named The Leve/s of Thought, shows that this interpretation belongs to a wider context of human thought levels based on the axes of the irrational/rational and absurdity/active skepticism.

Aerodynamic Characteristics Identification of Atmospheric Airplane from Flight Measurement Results
Zikmund, Pavel ; Salga,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Daněk, Vladimír (advisor)
The thesis deals with aerodynamic characteristics identification from flight measurement. The topic is part of flight mechanic – handling qualities. The first theoretic part consists of three identification methods description: Error equation method, Output error method and Filter error method. Mathematical model of an airplane is defined and restricted to the motion with 3 degree of freedom. There is also introduced simulation of flight measurement for identification software validation. Practical part is focused on experiment preparation, execution and evaluation. The airplane VUT 700 Specto had been chosen to carry out flight tests. The airplane was modified to the new electric powered VUT 700e Specto after first measurement flights with combustion engine. Data record from on-board measurement unit was completed by telemetric data from autopilot and remote control system. Flight tests were carried out in stabilised mode of autopilot in symmetric flight. The results were confronted with analytical analysis results and DATCOM+ software parameter estimation.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND ITS THEORETICAL ASPECTS IN CASE LAW (of the Supreme Court of the United States, the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court) ABSTRACT: The diploma thesis titled " Freedom of expression and its theoretical aspects in case law" is focused on the analysis of the editorial cartoon on the comparative field of court decisions. The thesis is composed of chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of freedom of expression. The general part (chapters II-IV) of the thesis deals with the theoretical view on the concept of freedom of expression, its historical and philosophical sources, as well as legal and judicial limits. Last but not least, it also explores the concept and functions of editorial cartoon as a satirical genre. If we take closer look, Chapter II looks at the freedom of expression from theoretical point of view providing historical and philosophical context, whereas Chapter III focuses on free speech limits in legal framework and case law. Chapter IV invites to basic journalistic background of editorial cartoon describing history, importance and principles of drawing satirical pictures. The special part of the thesis (chapters V-VIII) examines Czech, European and American judgments. A key objective is to analyze...

Legal capacity in civil law
Nechvátal, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor) ; Salač, Josef (referee)
The diploma thesis focuses on the legal capability in the civil law of the Czech Republic. The subject matter is broad. It includes the legal capability of natural and juridical persons. In both cases we can distinguish capacity to have rights and duties, capacity to act and capacity to be liable. Human being is a fundamental base of the legal order. There is no doubt that everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law. Juridical personality of a man is unlimited and inalienable right. These rules have origin not only in the Czech Civil Code, but also in the constitutional Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the Czech Republic and international declarations and covenants, including The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Only mentally competent persons of legal age have the full legal capacity. The qualification to enter into a legal relation of minors according to law and long-time mentally ill people on the basis of judgment can be restricted. What is more, nowadays the District Court is allowed to deprive permanent disordered man of his or her legal capacity. Under the bill of new Czech Civil Code and in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities this...

Dynamic Financial Market Model
Stádník, Bohumil ; Musílek, Petr (advisor) ; Brada, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zmeškal, Zdeněk (referee)
The correct model of a liquid financial market is one of the most important matter for a management of all financial market activities including for example a stock or bond porfolio management or an asset pricing. Clear random walk models, which consider a market price/yield development on liquid financial markets to be a random walk within the meaning of a symmetric normal (gaussian) distribution, is very useful to explain quite accurately many financial market effects. If we study financial markets more closely, we recognize that such development can be partly causal and a clear random walk is only a special case of it. Dynamic Financial Market Model considers feedback processes on financial markets which cause an dependence in a probability of next price/yield step direction and also expects mix of random processes as a final result. Both effects cause not gaussian (normal) observations in probability distributions of finacial instruments and this is why the model is also able to explain for example effects like thin or fat tails and other deformations in the probability distribution. S&P500 index or Euro Bund futures probability distribution on daily basis are good examples of the diversion from normality.

Labor aspects from the perspective of ethics and Christianity, developing countries workers' protection projects
VLČKOVÁ, Jana
In this dissertation I am analysing certain aspects of labour, especially the ones that are of significant interest to moral philosophy within the church and its catholic doctrine. In the same time I identify the foundation for freedom and dignity of labouring human being that are being degraded especially in the present time economisation process. Further, I outline the issues associated with the changes within the division of labour from industrial revolution to present day and in the same time I present issues connected with labouring human being vs. human capital. Because freedom is the foundation of humanity I also describe issues connected with human rights in the context of universal and natural law. In this way I analyse Universal Declaration of Human Rights and its defence in an intercultural environment. Lastly, besides those theoretical concepts, I evaluate an Amnesty International CR project called "Business That is Worth It" which aims at supporting companies to a responsible management of employees rights protection especially in developing countries.
