Compared to other buildings it is clad with yellow corrugated facade panels. The entrance hall opens to visitors and provides separate entrances to the exhibition space in one part and administrative space in the other part. The second building is significantly higher clad in bright color panels. From one side there is an embedded lower part with support areas with yellow cladding. The buildings gradually rise. Both buildings are connected with a glazed corridor. One of the primary tasks of the design is to create a well-organized and collision-free space. The building is divided into two different hight levels and has no cellar. A structural system of administrative part is a cast-in-place concrete structure, the production hall with support areas is from precast concrete frame.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design a new industrial production hall for the production of aquariums for the company Akváriá Pavlica in Horní Heršpice. This project is based on an architectural study, which was developed within the subject AG035. The area of interest is located in the city part of Brno, Horní Heršpice. The plot is located at the edge of the suburban part of the city near the railway station. The building is located in the centre of the plot and is accessible by sidewalks for pedestrians, access roads with parking for cars and a bus, and a road with a handling area for trucks. Part of the design of the production hall was also the design of a water area on the plot, which would serve for representative purposes. The mass of the building consists of six trapezoidal modular blocks stacked together. The roof pitch and the leaning walls create a dynamic shape. The building envelope consists of sandwich panels and a glazed facade made of triple insulation glass, which together provide thermal insulation to the interior. The glass facade illuminates the exhibition and administrative area. The building is divided into four zones: the public zone, the production zone, the administrative zone and the technical building equipment zone. The interior partitions are made of lime-sand blocks, but the main supporting system of the building is a reinforced concrete skeletal structure. On pillars are placed steel trusses that support the roof structure. The roof surface is designed as a vegetation area and there are placed photovoltaic panels.

Dumková, Daniela ; Todorov, Petr (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study of a winery in Stará Hora in the village of Novosedly. In addition to wine production, the building also includes representative spaces (tasting, wine shop) and accommodation for guests and owners. The work is based on an already prepared study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Creation II, which was followed by the subject AG036 - Complex project and the whole project ends with a bachelor's thesis on the topic. The design includes two separate objects - a production object and a representative object, which lie on opposite sides of the plot. The production building is one-storey and partially hidden under the terrain. The shape of the representative building is inspired by the fruit of the vine. The representative building is two-storey, on the first floor there is accommodation for guests, including facilities for staff and a room for the owner, on the second floor there is a tasting room, hygienic rooms for guests and last but not least a catering area. The location of the building in a sloping terrain allows us a beautiful view of nearby Mikulov. The wooden terrace designed next to the representative building completes the shape of the vine fruit.
