Zadáním bakalářské práce je architektonická studie objektu vinařství na Staré Hoře v obci Novosedly. Součástí objektu jsou kromě výroby vína také reprezentativní prostory (degustace, prodejna vína) a ubytování pro hosty i majitele. Práce vychází z již vypracované studie v předmětu AG032 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby II, na kterou navazoval předmět AG036 – Komplexní projekt a celý projekt je zakončen bakalářskou prací na dané téma. Návrh zahrnuje dva samostatné objekty – výrobní objekt a reprezentativní objekt, které leží na opačných stranách parcely. Výrobní objekt je jednopodlažní a částečně schovaný pod terénem. Tvar reprezentativní stavby je inspirován plodem vinné révy. Reprezentativní budova je dvoupodlažní, v prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází ubytování pro hosty včetně zázemí pro personál a pokoj pro majitele, ve druhém nadzemním podlaží najdeme degustační místnost, hygienické místnosti pro hosty a v neposlední řadě také cateringovou část. Situování objektu ve svažitém terénu nám umožňuje krásný výhled na nedaleký Mikulov. Dřevěná terasa navržená vedle reprezentativního objektu dokončuje tvar plodu vinné révy. The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study of a winery in Stará Hora in the village of Novosedly. In addition to wine production, the building also includes representative spaces (tasting, wine shop) and accommodation for guests and owners. The work is based on an already prepared study in the subject AG032 - Studio of Architectural Creation II, which was followed by the subject AG036 - Complex project and the whole project ends with a bachelor's thesis on the topic. The design includes two separate objects - a production object and a representative object, which lie on opposite sides of the plot. The production building is one-storey and partially hidden under the terrain. The shape of the representative building is inspired by the fruit of the vine. The representative building is two-storey, on the first floor there is accommodation for guests, including facilities for staff and a room for the owner, on the second floor there is a tasting room, hygienic rooms for guests and last but not least a catering area. The location of the building in a sloping terrain allows us a beautiful view of nearby Mikulov. The wooden terrace designed next to the representative building completes the shape of the vine fruit.
