Bakalářská práce měla za cíl vytvoření potřebných stupňů projektové dokumentace – Dokumentace pro stavební povolení a Dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Obsahem projektu je novostavba výroby značkové konfekce v Brně firmy Glami, která bude sloužit především k výrobě a vývozu hotových kusů připravených k prodeji. Stavba se nachází v městské oblasti Brno-Bohunice mezi ulicemi Kamenice, Kejbaly a Vinohrady a parcela je vedena jako jeden v Brněnských brownfields pod číslem 0101. Řešení by mělo brát v úvahu navržené změny Územního plánu města Brna roku 2021 a okolní zástavby. Jedním z prvních cílů bylo, aby stavba doplňovala a dotvarovala okolní silniční strukturu. Základní hmoty byly situovány tak, aby respektovali silniční čáry a lícovaly tak s okolními komunikacemi. Stavba je rozdělena do tří hmot oddělených jejich funkcí, ale vzájemně propojených pro jednoduché fungování. Cílem bylo vytvoření fungující stavby s opticky oddělenými, ale vzájemně propojenými provozy. The bachelor’s thesis aimed to create the necessary levels of project documentation – Documentation for building permission and Documentation for construction. The content of the project is a new construction of the production of branded clothing in Brno by the company Glami, which will serve primarily as the production and export of finished pieces ready for sale. The building is located in Brno-Bohunice district between Kamenice, Kejbaly and Vinohrady streets and the plat is listed as one of the Brno brownfields under number 0101. The solution should také into account changes to the Urban Plan of the City of Brno in 2021 and the surrounding buildings. One of the first goals was for the construction to complement and complete the surrounding road structure. The basic masses were situated so as to respect the road lines and thus match the surrounding roads. The building is divided into three masses separated by their functions, but interconnected for easy operation. The aim was to create a functioning building with optically separated but interconnected operations.
