First part, the literary review is based on professional literature and defines basic business terms, basics of business plan and its structure. In practical part the knowledge from theoretical part are used to set up business plan for concrete company. Thesis's output is evaluation of effectiveness of business plan.

The bachelor thesis deals with seating focused on the seating element to the café interiors. The first part is devoted to the diversity of a coffee drinking, the first cafés and Brno's cafes history. The following chapters are focused on issues of draft of the public interior - café and the design layout, then the issue of seating in terms of anthropometry, ergonomics, construction, etc.. and design of the seating element to the chosen interior. The proposal provides a simple and functional solution for practical use.

This bachelor's dissertation is focused on a study of public interior, concretely for cafés. The dissertation is composed of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part should introduce a concept of interior in the old mill and also a piece of furniture element placed into this interior. Source of used information is recherché of historical and contemporary condition of its interior and furniture. Important result of this dissertation is ability to judge completed results and be able to draw up a proper interior.

It is thus concerned with cafes which had been destroyed and reconstructed. The thesis also focuses on design of the given project, the reconstruction process and the execution of the interior.

Practical examples are primarily focused on sales promotion, media relations and processes that should be followed in café industry. The conclusion summarizes the key findings of all research undertaken.
