Předmětem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu založení kavárny v Českých Budějovicích. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům týkajících se podnikání a obecnému popisu a struktuře podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je sestaven kompletní podnikatelský plán Divadelní kavárny a vinárny. Tento plán má za úkol ověřit použitelnost teoretických postupů v praxi a prokázat, že je projekt realizovatelný a má šanci na úspěch. The subject of this thesis is creation of business plan of café in České Budějovice. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about basic terms, general description and structure of business concept. In practical part, there is written the complete business plan of Theatre café and wineroom. The practical part deals with specific business plan that verify the theoretical process in practise and shows that the project is viable and it has chance to be successful.
