The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a draft business plan for establishing a small company that trades in information and communication technology in the town of Moravský Krumlov. The diploma thesis is divided into three linked parts – theoretical, analytical and the draft. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. The analytical part – by means of strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions. The draft presents the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company; its vision and mission; business, marketing and organisational plans; risk evaluation; and the financial aspects of the business plan.

This master's thesis deals with value estimation of the company AGRO družstvo vlastníků Puklice on the date of January 1, 2016. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the objectives of the thesis. The second part contains the theoretical background to the thesis. The third part consists of basic information about the selected company, followed by a strategic and financial analysis of the company including its summary. The fourth part discusses the selection of an evaluation method and also contains the main part of the evaluation of the company.

The diploma thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the company and its industry. Finally, the return on investment will be evaluated and a new business model will be created.

Thesis deals with the reporting of sustainability development and its mode of administration of regular reports. The first section contains information ofsustainability development and a summary of the approach of the UN and the EU to sustainability development, which influenced business attitudes to the disclosure of periodic results using standardized reporting of sustainability. The second part analysis the situation of companies in the administration report brewing on sustainability and social responsibility. The aim is to develop recommendations for the creation of reports on sustainable development and social responsibility on the basis of previous analyzes and evaluation of their development.

The diploma thesis is focused on determining the value of the company PROSEC Ltd. The results of partial analyzes and estimate the financial value will serve the needs of senior management. The company has been operating successfully for several years and its main activity is the sale of security and electrical equipment. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge and on the basis of literature are described concepts, definitions, methods and practices of individual analyzes and determining the value and are used in the practical part. The practical part is a strategic and financial analysis. The value of the company is quantified using selected methods.

The topic of this bachelor thesis si the management of risks in the construction company. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the issue of project management including historical contex. This part is basis for the practical part. Following practical part is concentrated on some of management of risks in health safety and preservation on the example on the specific construction company and proposes recommendations for the improvement.
