Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením hodnoty společnosti AGRO družstvo vlastníků Puklice k 1. lednu 2016. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části jsou definovány cíle práce. Druhá část obsahuje teoretická východiska práce. Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny základní informace o družstvu, následuje strategická analýza a nakonec je zde finanční analýza včetně jejího zhodnocení. Část čtvrtá obsahuje výběr metody ocenění a vlastní stanovení hodnoty podniku. This master's thesis deals with value estimation of the company AGRO družstvo vlastníků Puklice on the date of January 1, 2016. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part defines the objectives of the thesis. The second part contains the theoretical background to the thesis. The third part consists of basic information about the selected company, followed by a strategic and financial analysis of the company including its summary. The fourth part discusses the selection of an evaluation method and also contains the main part of the evaluation of the company.
