Bakalářská práce je návodem, jak založit společnost podnikající v oblasti poskytování služeb, konkrétně kavárny s hudebním klubem. Obsahuje všechny informace, které jsou potřebné k založení společnosti a jejího uvedení do provozu. My bachelor’s thesis is the instruction how to establish a company which carries business in sphere of services, concretely café and music club. It contains all information which are needed for establishment the company and its starting.
