Leisure centre Vyškov

Leisure center The main task of the master thesis is to design a new leisure center in Vyškov. The building is divided into the two parts. The main part has two floors with reception, entrance hall, classrooms, offices, a utility and boiler room, a dance or theatre hall, a changing room, and a toilet. The second part includes sports hall. The load-bearing walls are designed from Porotherm ceramic blocks with external thermal insulation composite system. Floor structure are designed from reinforced concrete. The main building has a flat roof, the sports has a saw roof structure. Envelope walls are insulated with ETICS. The building will be heated by a condensing boiler. It will have mechanical ventilation, integrated photovoltaic panels on the roof of sports hall to reduce electricity consumption and LED lighting. The theoretical part is to design an operating rule of the building. The operating rules are part of the facility management, which takes care of ensuring ideal conditions for the development of the main activities of the leisure center.
Consumption of fruits and vegetables among pupils of younger and older school age in Milovice

The aim of this bachelor thesis paper was to investigate the overall awareness of pupils from the 3rd - 5th grade from a selected primary school in Milovice. The secondary objectives monitored whether fruit and vegetables are a daily part of the target group's diet, at the same time whether the pupils actually eat fruit and vegetables received during recess and lunch breaks. Another research goal was to address the benefits of Fruit and Vegetables in schools project. The theoretical part is devoted to healthy nutrition. It describes the functions of the main nutrients, there is emphasis on accessory nutrients, especially on vitamins, fibers and antioxidants, which emphasizes the necessity of eating fruit and vegetables. Part of the theoretical part is also the issue of nutrition of children and the short discussion on the project Fruit and Vegetables in Schools. At the same time, a chapter on the digestive tract has been included, as it is here that digestion and absorption of substances from food occurs. Given the target group, the paper states the nutritional recommendations for citizens of the Czech Republic with a focus on school aged children. Muscle mass estimation using alternative methods in children

Title: Muscle mass estimation using alternative methods in children Objectives: The aim of the work was to find out whether there were simple alternative methods for estimating the amount of muscle mass in younger school-age children based on the data obtained from the Children and Youth Sports Festival. Methods: The work has the character of a cross-sectional study. There were 101 children included in the survey participants who were measured in three cities in the Czech Republic. The bioelectric impedance InBody 720 was used to measure the body composition and the tape measure was used to measure the circumferences. Results: There was a strong correlation between muscle mass and the forearm circumference and forearm and hand circumferences divided by body weight. The influence of primary prevention in the area of domestic violence

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of primary prevention in the domestic violence area. Concretely is the author focusing on the influence of the primary school prevention in the domestic violence area on creating of presumptions for school age children emotional stability construction. In theoretical part author specifies the term "domestic violence", deals with theory of violent behavior inception and tries to point out the negative effects of violent behavior on the single family member. In the next chapters is author focusing on children as forgotten victims of the domestic violence and survey zones of exposure in the children's development, witch is acutely hit by this problems. The role of the school on the framework of primary prevention in the domestic violence area and problems of domestic violence concerning cross-sectional themes is last chapter content. Empiric part of thesis is formed by quantitative investigation, which was realized within questionnaires. Author tries to find out, whether the children's participation on the school preventive programs has the effect on the emotional stability creating. Majority of school kids (teenagers) usually own a smartphone nowadays. Creating a short video (mostly somehow related to his/her personality or the environment, community he/she lives in)and sharing it on the internet is a very common activity among those teens and it takes up a lot of their time. They love to share all kinds of stuff, they enjoy watching it, they feel the need to contribute to the social media, simply because that's what is "in" these days. They do it in almost every possible minute, it takes up a lot of their free time and slowly but surely they have been filling up their minds with tons of images and pictures of other people.
Drafting a methodology plan for training springboard diving of school children

As the theme of my bachelor thesis I chose a draft of the methodical plan of diving for school children with respect to primary school children. The theoretical part defines the term "diving" as a sports discipline with an accent to all-round physical development. I focused to the individual age period in various parts of the training technology in diving. The thesis describes the activity of diving group, shows the sports training in general level and also in leisure perspective. The focus of the work is to propose the creation of a methodical plan and the training objectives. Training goals are achieved by defined jumps. All above mentioned areas are partitioned into several sections. In practical terms, this thesis is applicable for coaches of primary school children which are starting with the diving.
Comparison of leisure activities for non sporty children versus sporty children in Sparta Prague canoe club

This bachelor thesis explores the connection between school-age children who do club sports on their organization of free time, the composition of their leisure activities and study results. These results are then compared with children who do not do sports or sports just for recreation. The main focus is on the children's leisure time, institutions that affect leisure time activities with a closer analysis of sport and sprint canoe.
