Innovation of services in selected hotel

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse services provided by a hotel in the historical center of Český Krumlov and to evaluate the customer satisfaction with these services. As the next step, I looked into a proposal to improve some of those services and to design new ones, which have, so far, been missed by the customers in the offer. The work was based on a survey, which was carried out during the summer and in the beginning of the autumn 2008. The opening part of the thesis mentions theoretical basis connected with the specialised literature. The work itself continues with the results of the survey (questionnaire). The closing part of the work suggests improvements and new packages of services for clients.
Communication strategy of Guarant International Ltd.

The thesis deals with the marketing communication of the selected company. The theoretical part follows the theoretical perspective on marketing communication and particularly marketing of services. The third chapter analyzes a specific company, its activity and market position. The fourth chapter is devoted to communication strategy and communication tools of the company. The last chapter evaluates the tools and gives suggestions to improve communication.
Analysis of Marketing Mix Tools of Aquapalace Prague

The primary purpose of this study is to characterize the marketing mix of the aquapark Aquapalace Prague, i.e. the product, price, distribution channel (place), marketing communication (promotion), people, physical evidence and processes. In addition, this bachelor thesis analyzes the marketing environment including micro-environment and macro-environment. All these factors are integrated in SWOT analysis, which helps marketers to focus on key issues. On the basis of the results of this analysis, some recommendations are suggested.

The first part describes the literary information about marketing of services and basic specificity of advertisement, with the intention of outdoor advertisement. The practical part represents marketing of services in advertising company Minds and analyses customers satisfaction with services through a questionnaire. The gained dates are evaluated and interpreted.

The bachelor thesis analyzes and assesses the marketing mix of Prague City Apartments, s.r.o. It is focused on functioning of customer service as a part of the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The analysis is based on theoretical knowledge of marketing of services and CRM and on the importance of customer service in rendition of services, particularly in tourism and hotel industry. The thesis provides, via SWOT analysis, suggestions for improving quality of customer service - a tool for building relationships with customers.

Buyer decision process in travel and tourism

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze a buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry with a focus on outgoing tourism. The diploma thesis is divided in six parts. The first part focuses on theory of consumer behavior followed by marketing of services with an emphasis on tourism. Next part covers buyer decision process of consumers in travel industry based on results from analysis of a questionnaire. These results are integrated with agency data. A summary of acquired results is compared to all phases of buyer decision process at the end of this thesis.
Comparision of airlines marketing strategies on the Czech market

This thesis is divided into 5 chapters. In the fist chapter is generally described marketing of services and contemporary situation of air transport on the Czech market. Next chapters discuss the history, SWOT analysis and marketing strategies of low cost carriers, Lufthansa and ČSA. In the last, fifth chapter, is accomplished the comparison of the above-mentioned airlines according to their marketing strategies and Skytrax Research and is forshown the future development.
