ANALYSIS OF TRAVEL AGENCY BUSINESSES CONDITIONS

The first aim was to define the market of travel agencies in the Czech Republic. Then, one travel agency was chosen and was found, what products are offered, at what price and whom. Next was found, in which way it offers its products and attracts potential customers to buy its products. Following found out trends in tourist trade, some improvement for higher quality of production and higher competitive strength were proposed. One of the improvement proposals was to place more information about destinations and photos on the Internet to consumers have more information about what they buy. Photos should be added to printed catalogs. To have more consumers, travel agency should target the vacation packages in Italy and Croatia and give reductions in price for children up to age 15 years. And because the population becomes much more older, the travel agency could offer vacation packages for pensioners with recreational activities. Customers go back to the travel agency Prácheň and so it would be good to give them 10% reduction in price for the next tour.
WIWIL - social network for traverels

Every day the number of people using social networks, where you create your network of friends from different areas of interest, is growing. They share experiences and valuable advice. The aim of this work is to implement a social network for travelers. The network enables travelers to create their own maps of visited localities. The users are able to write travel diaries corresponding these localities, which they can share with their friends or publish them. Social network is also designed for travel agencies. Tour offers will be sent from their profile to selected user inboxes. WIWIL - social network for travelers will be programmed in PHP and will use the services of existing network Facebook.

PhDr. Jan Neuman, CSc. Year of Presentation: 2016 Abstract: Aims: This thesis is about the winter sport activities available in Scandinavian countries. It presents an analysis of travel agency Periscope Skandinávie, s.r.o. and examines Finnish travel agency Lapland Safaris' range of winter sport activities. This thesis also describes the outdoor activities available in Finland. Methods: The data presented in this thesis has been acquired by analysing documents produced by travel agencies (reports, figures, catalogues sold). The questionnaire method of research has been used to assess the level of interest future clients show in the offers promoted by the travel agencies. Details about working in travel agencies have been acquired through structured interviews with the general managers of the travel agencies. Conclusions: Finland is a promising country for Czech travel agencies (please see: Great Prospects for Outdoor Activities in Terms of Nature Conditions and Organisation). Marketing communication of the Surf-trip travel agency

Title: Marketing communication of the travel agency Surf-trip Aims: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is based on the analysis of the current marketing communication of Surf-trip from the perspective of the customer and management to create a proposal for its improvement for 2022. Methods: To evaluate the current marketing communication, a qualitative method was used in this work in the form of a semi-structured interview with an employee of Surf-trip and data analysis. Furthermore, a quantitative method in the form of an electronic questionnaire with customers was used. The questionnaire was created using a Google form. Results: This bachelor's thesis is a proposal for marketing communication of the travel agency Surf-trip for the year 2022, which is based on an analysis of current marketing communications. The analysis showed that the travel agency uses for its communication mainly online form of communication, which was subsequently used in the design of marketing communication for 2022. The master´s thesis deals with the marketing strategy proposal of travel agency SunTA. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of the current concept of corporate strategic management, strategic marketing management, marketing strategy and service quality. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing situation analysis of SunTA and the questionnaire survey to evaluate its service quality. The proposal part of the thesis includes the marketing strategy proposal based on the results of the marketing situation analysis and the evaluation of service quality.

The subject of the diploma thesis „Performance evaluation of a travel agency“ is to analyze the performance of a company providing tourism services. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and bases for the activities of travel agency and methods of performance evaluation. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the activities of the travel agency including comparison of financial indicators with the competition and industry and evaluation of the performance within the identified activities of the company. In the final part is suggested a way how to increase the performance of the travel agency.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaboration a project documentation for a family house with an establishment (travel agency), which is located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The family house is designed as a two storey with residential attic. The first floor is used for work and the second floor is used as a relax zone. At the northwest side of the family house is designed the establishment - travel agency. Entrance to the family house and establishment is situated at the northeast side of the object, where is also a garage. Before the entrance there are two parking place for customers. Residential part of the building is at the east and the southeast side of the object. Establishment – travel agency is oriented at the northwest side. The selected land for this building is flat, detached and located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The entrance to the family house and establishment - travel agency is designed as a barrier free. The building will be based on concrete foundation strips made of C16/20 concrete. The perimeter walls on the first floor and the second floor are designed by Ytong load-bearing masonry. Ceiling structures are ceramic ceilings from the Porotherm system. The roof over family house is designed as a saddle roof and the roof over garage is designed as a counter roof. The building is insulated by Isover contact insulation system.
Proposal of Communication Mix in the Selected Company

The master thesis is focus on issue of travel agency, which acts as a mediator in the sale of tours to travel agencies. The thesis is structured into three main chapters. The first one is called Theoretical Basis of Work, which explains the basic concepts associated with the problem. Subsequently, another chapter called Problem Analysis and Current Situation is created. This chapter is processed through relevant analyzes. Finally, there is a chapter that contains suggestions for improving the current situation, which contribute to more effective promotion of propagation.

The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze the travel agency Bolsa travel, using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis to identify risks. The thesis consists of four parts. Where the first part works with theoretical work. The second part puts the theory into practice. The risk analysis and the RIPRAN method interpret the results in the third part and in the last part there is a discussion of the appropriate measures.

This master´s thesis deals with creating a business plan for the foundation of a travel agency. The thesis consist of three parts, from the theoretical parts, an analysis of the current situation, and the own proposal of the business plan. The theoretical part explains basic concepts related to business, describes the principles of business plan creation, and sources of financing business activities. Then, on the basis of the market analysis, where the emerging travel agency will enter, it has prepared its own business plan proposal.
