Complex System for Web Page Creating and Editing
Jablonský, Viktor ; Vrážel, Dušan (referee) ; Kunc, Michael (advisor)
This thesis describes a system which offers customer registration and user administration-related tasks. It also facilitates an apparatus for supervising service fees. Above all, it provides users with tools with which they can create their own web site with ease and also change its content and appearance. This is achieved by using templates and modules. The Document also analyses specifications for this type of application, describes phases of design and implementation and draws out possible continuation of this project.
Nanostructured surfaces for electrochemical detection
Dzuro, Matej ; Hrdý, Radim (referee) ; Drbohlavová, Jana (advisor)
This work deals with the preparation of gold nanostructures for future usage in electrochemical sensors and biosensors, methods for their characterization and production. The emphasis is focused on the template-based electrodeposition method of gold and on study of the effect of manufacturing conditions on physical properties, mainly electrical and topological of nanostructures. Thesis is focused also on overall function and sensitivity of the gold nanostructured electrode.
Electrochemical preparation of fluorescence sensor with highly ordered nanostructured surface
Bedlek, Marek ; Kolíbal, Miroslav (referee) ; Drbohlavová, Jana (advisor)
This work deals with fabrication and examination of optical properties of self-ordered TiO2 and Au quantum dots array and its potential usage in medicine as optical sensor for biomolecules detection. Controlled anodization of Ti through Al2O3 template was chosen as a fabrication method for TiO2 QDs, in case of Au galvanic deposition through Al2O3 template onto beforehand prepared TiO2 QDs or substrate with dimple structure. The influence of anodization and deposition conditions on the final structure of QDs and their emission spectrum is also examined.
Face recognition
Škrobák, Dalibor ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Kyselý, František (advisor)
This thesis is focused on face detection in static picture. Theoretical part contains color spaces (RGB, HSI, YCbCr), methods for skin detection (explicit, parametric or non-parametric methods), image metric, edge detection, mathematical morphology, methods for classification faces (appearance-based methods, feature invariant approaches, knowledge-based methods, template matching methods). Practical part of this thesis contains concept and practical realization two algorithms for segmentation skin in static image (simple method based on Cr chroma components and statistical method). Practical part contains concept and practical realization two algorithms for classification face (appearance-based method and template matching method) too.
Possibilities of Web Content Management Systems
Medoň, Gabriel ; Pokorný, Pavel (advisor) ; Pucandlová, Miroslava (referee)
This bachelor's thesis discusses the history of the development of content management in general and gradually continues to the management of content on the web using web content management systems. It informs about the different options of selected freely available web content management systems, specifically on how to customize the basic appearance and the application of additional modules to extend the functionality. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of options and simple instructions for creating your own website primarily for students of faculty of management, but its practical use may be nationwide.
Creation of automated templates in marketing communications using After Effects
Szelesová, Anita ; Krist, Antonín (advisor) ; Orlová, Lenka (referee)
The thesis deals with the function of motion graphics in marketing communications of companies. It describes the principles of the After Effects software as a tool for creating motion graphics. The practical part deals with the analysis of the options of production automation in After Effects. It compares production procedures with various degrees of automation. It describes the creation of an automated template for a set of promotional videos. In the conclusion it presents the results of the comparison of various production procedures for a set of promotional videos according to the degree of automation.
Implementation templates for CMS WordPress with an emphasis on accessibility and usability
Šubr, Vladimír ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Machek, Ondřej (referee)
The purpose of this paper is to describe and to analyze process of creating template for WordPress, content management system, on practical example. This template will follow trends of modern webdesign, mainly accessibility and usability. First chapter will be description of WordPress and its capabilities. Following chapter is concerned with WordPress templates system and its template structure requirements. Accessible and usable web and what it takes to be one is subject of next chapter. In last chapter I will explain complete process of template creation including all phases from initial analysis, design and realization possibilities, to finalizing template.
Documentation of project management in BI
Golík, Martin ; Pour, Jan (advisor) ; Zajíc, Ján (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of project management templates and is a result of cooperation with specific company. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to enlighten the topic of project management and project itself. The practical part, which prevail in text, is an analysis of templates, that have been made for own needs of this company. The goal of this analysis is to demonstrate, how templates support project management. Main benefit of thesis is in created project management templates. Templates are results of studying available sources and meetings with company agents. Thereby a real benefit and practical use should be ensured.
Sourcing optimization in Thermo Fisher Scientific company
Spejchal, Luděk ; Toman, Prokop (advisor) ; Dudová, Lenka (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is a detailed view of a process and way of managing all the sourcing activities in the company Thermo Fischer Scientific. The focus (of my work) is a czech site of mentioned company situated in Mukařov, which, apart from production itself, is engaged also in sourcing for its own needs (where in most cases it has a decision power in its own hands) as well as for the whole company in the global measure (where it operates just as an intermediate searching for possible business partners, without any powers of decision). The main contribution of my work lies in the comparison of both of these variations and detailed investigation and description of all the activities that could help to optimize the global sourcing. I found out that entire optimizations are based on communication improvements among all the sourcing managers and technologists within the global corporation. On the basis of this fact I have projected models of documents the sourcing managers should work with, suppliers database and an information server. The result of my work is a process scheme which should contribute to the outsourced projects optimization.
