Stress indicators influencing children at school

Diploma thesis follows stress factors impact on a child at primary school, on his health and mental conditions and then the implication of the learning process and integrating the child into a children's collective. The theoretical part contains information dealing with forms of stress in general, potential stressors for the child, the consequences of stress on the human organism. The practical part investigates the experiences with stress factors of pupils that are somehow connected with their school life. As a result of the diploma thesis is to share basic advices for teachers on how to prevent stress at school and their pupils and how to work with the stressed child. key words: stress of children, education, school climate
The influence of the school climate on the quality of integration of a handicapped pupil

AND KEYWORDS This diploma thesis deals with the impact of school climate that has a strong effect on the success in integration of handicapped pupil into the mainstream school. In this respect main terms which are related to "school climate" and "integration" are defined. Work more specifically focuses on individual types of handicaps, analyses principles of various handicaps and specific educational requirements needed for social relations. It furthers deals with the subjectivity of success in integration. Presented diploma thesis further concentrates on the social status of the handicapped pupil among his schoolmates, his social interactions and the role of the teacher as the main factor in the problem of integration. Empirical survey is oriented in a narrative way; the key method used is narrative dialogue, as it is able to recognise autobiographical experience of respondents. Each narrative dialogue is interpreted and completed by narrative reconstruction of core narration. Jiří Trunda Summary: This Bachelor Thesis is focused on studying the influence of the replacement of a kindergarten's director on its culture and on the character of the employees' expectations regarding the new director. In its theoretical part the thesis is aimed at describing and defining its main topics, i.e. school culture and the influence of management replacement on school culture. School culture does not change only with time or with the changes of the outside environment. The replacement of the director may significantly change both the internal and external views of the school's existing culture. The degree of the organization's employees' satisfaction as well as their opinions, procedures, working conditions, etc. are important parts of the school's culture, which change when the management is changed. The research part of the thesis describes the employees' expectations after the director of the observed nursery has been replaced and their attitude to the change. There is also a results analysis which describes the common aspects brought by the change.
Possible intervention into the culture of the kindergarten in the direction of change shaping the environment for learning and teching process

SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis is engaged in the organizational culture and climate of the kindergartens. The theoretical part defines the concepts of culture, organizational culture, school culture, school climate, intervention, characteristics of the kindergarten as a specific organization. It deals with the possibilities of intervention in kindergarten culture in shaping the direction of environmental change to support quality education. The thesis presents a list of the most effective decisions from a position of the headmaster which can positively influence the school culture and school climate. The research part is using questionnaires to evaluate the set of these options and analysis of collected data. In conclusion, the survey identifies the most effective and efficient options, which the headmasters as executive managers can use to positively influence the climate environment supporting quality of education.
Evaluation of nursery schools - two-class nursery school from the perspective of parents

The final thesis deals with the evaluation of nursery schools. The goal of the thesis is the analysis of the current state of several small selected two-classed nursery schools in Prague and to find out what these schools are strong at and what could be improved. The starting point of theoretical part of the bacherol thesis is the available literature on the topic of evaluations as well as literature on nursery schools and their history, conditions of pre-school education, the school culture, the school climate and their effects on parents. The research part is based on the empirical survey carried on the basis of questionnaires for parents whose children attend two-classed nursery schools in Prague. It checks the assertions based on the author's experience. It brings some food for thought about the fact what nursery schools are good at and what can be improved in the future.
Possibilities and diversification of inclusion at primary school: Case study ZŠ Horní Stakory

Thesis focused on finding the conditions of successful inclusive education to the specific primary school. In the theoretical part defines the concepts related to an inclusive education, compares the various authors, the principles of inclusive, sees the inclusive education in the world and in the Czech Republic. Further mentions that the school climate is one of the most important conditions for successful inclusion. Compares the for and against inkluzivního training, its contribution to the school, and all participants in the educational process. Part of the research is focused on the readiness of the particular primary school to inclusive education.

ABSTRACT How the quality of school culture influences the integration of children with ADHD in the classroom Key words: ADHD, teaching assistant, integration, school culture, culture in the classroom, school climate The theoretical part of this thesis describes the basic terms and definitions that are crucial for the practical part of the work, namely general information about syndrome ADHD, terminology, causes of ADHD syndrome, its diagnosis, etc. Afterwards, the attention is paid to the education of students with ADHD syndrome: the general principles of education, legislative framework, but also the integration of pupils and their advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. Forth chapter deals with school culture and school climate and their connections. The practical part describes a case study: the integration of a female pupil, diagnosed with ADHD, who the author of the thesis for a school year 20132014 worked with. The case study paid attention on school education and teachers' attitudes towards the pupil. Methods of teaching and pupil integration into the classroom are described and discussed, mentioned are also care options. The case study is supplemented with a descriptive analysis of the culture of the school to which the pupil was integrated.
The classroom climate

This work deals with the classroom climate. The aim is to measure and compare the classroom climate at chosen South Bohemian primary and secondary schools. The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the basic concepts related to the classroom climate. It deals with the school class as a social group, the position of students in the group, key players and climate determinants as well as with the developmental stages of adolescence, also with the differences between elementary and secondary grammar schools and the possibilities of measuring classroom climate. The second part, which is the fundamental for this work, defines the objectives, assumptions and research methods. In conclusion, the measurement results, their interpretation and verification of assumptions are set.
Quantitative research of the social climate of grammar classes

The aim of the work was to determine if the social climate varies significantly between four-year and eight-year high-school. Classes were tested by a standardized questionnaire KLIT, author is Lašek. Participated in the research are 8 classes, 166 students. There are no significant differences in climate. Differences were found between lower and higher grades. The results will be provided to school leadership and classroom teachers and students for the subsequent work with them.
