Cílem práce bylo především zjistit, jestli se výrazně liší sociální klima mezi čtyřletým a osmiletým gymnáziem. Třídy byly testovány standardizovaným dotazníkem KLIT, jehož autorem je Lašek. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 8 tříd, 166 studentů. Nebyly nalezeny výrazné rozdíly v klimatu. Byly nalezeny rozdíly mezi nižšími a vyššími ročníky. Výsledky budou poskytnuty vedení školy a třídním učitelům a studentům k následné práci s nimi. The aim of the work was to determine if the social climate varies significantly between four-year and eight-year high-school. Classes were tested by a standardized questionnaire KLIT, author is Lašek. Participated in the research are 8 classes, 166 students. There are no significant differences in climate. Differences were found between lower and higher grades. The results will be provided to school leadership and classroom teachers and students for the subsequent work with them.
