Speech therapist's communication with a child

The text deals with the issues of speech therapist's communication with a child of preschool age. The text of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis discusses the speech therapy as a branch of science, the term of impaired communication ability, dyslalia and its diagnostics, speech development of a child and child directed speech. Against the background of this information, the text of the practical part of the thesis devoted to the analysis of the speech therapist's communication with a child on the basis of the research. The text informs about the general organization of the hours of the speech therapy, which contributes to efficient work with the child. It also describes the different types of exercises and activities that the speech therapist performs with the child during the speech therapy. It emphasizes individual differences between the observed children. The text also seeks to analyze verbal and nonverbal communication of the speech therapist to note the different practices that the speech therapist used for efficient communication with the child. Influence of family and kindergarten on reading comprehension and literacy development of preschool children

The Master Degree Thesis focuses on the issue of pre-reading literacy and ways of its possible development in childhood. Its starting point is the fact that time devoted to reading aloud to children as well as encouraging them in playing with books is vital for their development and should be an inseparable part of a language learning process. The Thesis points at the imporant role of parents as well as kindergarten teachers in the process. Project "Every Czech Reads to Kids" is introduced. The aim of the last chapter is to show the educational process in the field of pre-reading literacy in particular Czech kindergartens. Role of parents is discussed, too.
Use of Orff's musical instruments in non-musical activities at nursey institutions

The aim of my bachetor's work is to characterize and to outline thein limes within non-musical activities at nursery institutions. Besides, the work explores if the more frequent use of Orff's instruments may improve pupil's rappost towards the instruments. All these activities are adapter for children of pre-school age. The work also contains the appendix related to the use of worksheets or images.
Physiological development of posture and movement in pre-school children - vestibular apparatus

This work is aimed at the development of posture and movement in pre-school children. Specific focus is placed on the control of posture and movement of vestibular apparatus. The study is drawn upon thorough research of Czech and English literature; and initially, some information was gained from foreign articles published in electronic magazines. The study concerns pre-school children and its emphasis is hence put on this particular period of human development. In presented findings, particular focus is put on anatomy, embryology, and neurophysiologic aspect of vestibular apparatus. The overview is chronologically structured and goes from prenatal to pre-school stage. The impact of vestibular apparatus on development of movement is reflected in consequent improvement of motoric skills. The work focuses on the impact of vestibular system on the control of posture in pre-school children, and its increasing responsibility for control of posture and movement in relation with visual sensory and somatosensoric system. The case study concerning motorics of healthy children serves as a useful tool in verifying the findings about the impact of vestibular apparatus on the control of posture. Bachelor thesis " The development of physiological posture and movement of preschool child - gait" treat of development of the gait with focus on pre-school child. Introdution contains summary of development posture and movement, partly child till the age of 3, in detail, pre-school child. Then there is drown up maturation of central nervous system. In the second chapter is described short discourse of neurofysiolgy control movement. In the third part of this work is engaged in gait and that as basic gait cycle as its development. In the next two chapters is summary of motor skills developed from base gait cycles. From flight phase, through its development and with related runing to the next locomotor skills as skipping, hopping, jumping are. Development drawing expression preschool child and its peculiarities

This Bachelor Thesis focuses on development of child´s drawing, specifically on human figure. I will focus on the development of drawing in three different age groups. The theoretical part describes the development of pre-school age children from entering the nursery to the end of its attendance in the pre-school childcare institution. In the practical part I will follow drawing development in groups of ten children from which I gathered some pictures within one year. Specifically graphic type figure. I will complement the practical part with suggestions and proposals for development of children´s human figure drawings of pre-school children.
Mass media and the development of pre-reading of preschool children

This thesis maps mass media, especially television broadcasting and electronic devices with connection to the Internet, in the lives of pre-school children, and investigates the relationship between mass media and development of initial reading skills. The theoretical part analyses existing literature relevant to pre-school child development elementary reading and mass media, while the empirical research makes an independent investigation into this phenomenon in society using questionnaires for pre-school children's parents, structured interviews with selected children, and structured interviews with open-ended questions with selected pre-school teachers. The aim of this work is to determine today's pre-school children's interests in books compared with television and electronic devices with connection to the Internet, to look at how parents strengthen their children's relationships with books, and to identify methods for controlling the programmes that children watch.
